Which tax return depends on whether you have filed your 2013 or not.   Many suggest including the I-864 with the I-134, the I-134 is the required form but some have gotten positive results by having the I-864 also.  It is just one more form so I don't think it hurts. It might help to explain why your income was short, but don't know what the CO will think.     As for a co-sponsor they need to provide the same forms and evidence as you.   There is some info in my link, follow the flashing arrow below   USEM can be very unpredictable with accepting co-sponsors with the K-1. And i forgot to tell you i went to school to last year... my fiances interview would be in the last week of febuary, are they going to look for the 2013 tax return or the 2012? Hi hank, I' m worried about our case because i can't reach the 125%... this year i will only earn 20k and all in all we will be 3 in the household... but the reason why i can't reach the minimum was that last 2011 i got pregnant with our first child and due to my pregnancy i need to stop working from fed 2012 to july 2012... my 2012 tax return was only 18k... and this year i went on a vecation for 2 months in cebu and that's why i'm short... do i need to make a letter stating this reason why i can't reach the minimum income? Hello VJers,   We just got approved on August 28 for our NOA2, and we are obviously still waiting for our hard copy in the mail. I am curious about how long it will take to get a case number, an interview date, etc. Does anybody have any idea how long this could take? I know there are waits involved (seems like we are all constantly waiting...). I hope we get an interview date soon! Here's to keeping my fingers crossed! It's almost 1month 2weeks now but we haven't heard of anything again or had any alert from NVC to proceed.   Does it really take a long time to get the interview date after the petition approval? K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	Fiance had interview today	I see my typo - should read isn't required for the employment letter.    But I think you got it   As for tax return, it isn't a page - it's the complete tax return.   You could simplify things and request a tax transcript from the IRS, the embassy will accept those as well. K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	NVC still didn't receive NOA2 after 3 weeks????	My NOA2 was July 19th and NVC still has not received anything from USCIS. I was originally in Vermont but they sent it to Texas and it was quickly approved. They say it's been sent out but nothing so far. I'm quite a bit concerned as I've emailed NVCResearch called dozens of times and nothing but attitude and "we can't help you, call the other dept". Does anyone know what I'm suppose to be doing now? Ours approve on the 13th of september, so were pretty close. typical estimate for csc sending it to nvc is around 6 to 8 weeks..few get theirs around 4 to 5 weeks, the lucky ones.lol!more days to wait..we have no choice anyway!!
