The email address is NVCINQUIRY@STATE.GOV She said to put in the subject line of the email... PI Supervisor Sue Type a letter explaining your wait/frustrations and include petitioner and beneficiary's name, date of birth and receipt#. Attach a scanned copy of your NOA2 and send away! They requested for me to once again send a copy of my receipt to the research email address and they will contact USCIS on my behalf. Just sent it so now I'll just sit back and wait some more. This is really pi$$ing me off now. My poor hubby is stuck there with no job no income no nothing. Gotta make them part of the tradition! Yep, Still waiting. I am trying to fix my signature to put in my timeline, but it won't let me put in anything more than 5 lines. I gave up. They recieved my file this past Monday, but they have not generated a case number yet. I call NVC 3 times now in the evening to make sure they are telling me the straight deal and not messing with me. So far they have been pretty consistent. I was the one that use to give instruction to all the n00bs on here for NVC and then others came along during their processing and what ya know, I'm the one that's draggin' behind. lol I still have hope for today. I really want my wife here before Thanksgiving. I asked some questions to the NVC rep I spoke with this morning (as she was super nice). She said that a UCSIC expedite ends once approved. Once NVC receices case then we must request another expedite with them. Seeing as how the processing time at NVC seems to be determined by the petitioners sending in docs I am not going to request an expedite with them. IR-1 / CR-1 Spouse Visa Process & Procedures	CSC - NOA2 to NVC Delay	I was approved on the 11th of July too... system still says no records Our case was expedited and the adjucator sent me a personal email stating that the case was approved and was being forwarded to NVC by him and they should have it within 5-7 days. NVC says to wait 15 days... but when I call USCIS they say 90 days? Who the heck made up the most recent government "Bug Off" list of stupid responses this year? In my signature where I typed "Able to log in" that is in reference to the NVC Payment Portal. Go to... https://ceac.state.g...spx?node=Signon Once there you will select "Petitioner" and then type in your case # and IIN which were on that email you got. Kinda strange because you received your case number a few days ahead of mine. My hubby's country doesnt do electronic processing so maybe there is a few days delay while they set up EP for you?? I had tried to log in this morning and got SIF but then I got an email from them about 10min later saying the fee was ready to be paid and then I could sign in. Or has that already happened and now you are able to log in again and see the fee amounts there? Mine was there but showing NOT INVOICED... then I could not sign in for 2 days... then today I received the email telling me the fees are ready. When I logged back in they were there and I paid them. I received 3 total emails from them this morning and was finally able to pay the fees. I tried to log in as soon as I got to work and it was SIF still but about 20 min later i received the email and was able to log in and pay!!! I received mine in the mail about 5 days after I requested them! Saylin or anyone else familiar... I am sending in my tax returns from the past 3 years along with my official tax transcripts. I have looked at many timelines during my wait and those who send them seperate seem to take longer to get processed than the ones that send them together. Our marriage certificate is in a foreign language, however we did have it certified, translated, notarized, and appostilled. How can we get a certified copy in the USA that the NVC will accept. Will they accept just a copy of the marriage certificate (Including translation appostille ets)with each page notarized as being a "True and accurate copy of the original"? Or is this something that needs to be done at the courthouse. I know for county marriage license copies here we must go to courthouse but foreign certificate I think they will not be able to do anything with at courthouse??? Some things I read were not accurate and when I emailed the Embassy directly they responded pretty fast with their specific requirements/procedures! You will have the opportunity once your case is approved and sent to the NVC to select an agent for your case. This should be someone inside the US (Maybe a parent/sibling/friend) with a valid US checking account who can facilitate the payments for you. This will make the process much easier for you! IR-1 / CR-1 Spouse Visa Process & Procedures	Petitioner OK to accompany beneficiary to interview?	I would email the embassy directly. I was told I would not be permitted to attend and when I emailed the Embassy I was told that I was welcome to join as long as I brought my passport to prove my identity and citizenship. I think that they cannot refuse entry to an American to what is technically American "soil" (being an American Embassy). As far as the interview itself... I believe on a K1 that you will not be allowed in the actual interview. But can go to the Embassy with her??? We are doing a CR1 and were told that they prefer to have both of us at the entire interview. If your parents understand english just have them write the letters in english and save yourself the time and money of doing all that. Just notarize them and call it a day! On our documents depending on where the translation was done we have different wordings. One follows exactly what Maviboran said above and the other reads as follows: Original document is translated from Georgian into English at the Apostille and Lagalization division of the LEPL Civil Registry Agency of the Ministry of Justice of Georgia by translator Babulia XXXXXX on February 09, 2011. When I first filed CSC was about two weeks faster in estimate that VSC. Then as my case was sitting at CSC the VSC service center started pumping out approvals and was processing about a month faster than CSC. Not to mention that the CSC mailroom is awful! They are approving petitions then allowing them to sit for a month before forwarding to NVC. Even on expedited cases. VSC seems to mail them out much more frequently. But like others have said it goes back and forth and no rhyme or reason for any of it... Other than being a government agency with a lack of compassion for families who are fighting to be together!
