K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	REQUIREMENTS FOR K1 CO-SPONSOR PHILIPPINES	Well, The 129-F was Approved and thats a good start.  The Tax Return for 2013 will be available at the time of the Interview would'nt you think? Why the question about Co-Sponsor? Is the Petitioner below levels. Co-Sponsors on a K-1 are rare for the Philippines but can happen but I never heard of a 2nd Co-Sponsor. Your Friend(s) should keep every Pay-Stub and copy it.  Hopefully, that will meet the Petition Poverty Lines. It does not matter if the Co-Sponsor is from a different State but remember on a K-1 Visa Petition they don't want to see a Co-Sponsor Petition and that is at their descression. And the guy just got migrate in US and they are on a K1 process now. The guy just got a job last June 2013. They filed the I-129F October 2013 and approved.     Questions:   1. Since he is new in US and still don't have Internal Tax Return, Is it ok he will only provide the employment certificate, pay stubs and bank statements?   2. What are the requirements for co-sponsor?   3. Is it ok to have a 2 co-sponsor?   4. Is it ok the co-sponsor is living in a different state? like the co-sponsor is from California and the petitioner is from New Jersey.   Hoping to share your experienced and knowledge we will really gonna appreciate it. My fiancé is in Ozamiz so I was planning on 2 different trips to manila. I guess it's best not to press my luck but was anything said to you about the medical and interview being close together? I had also a prob in my med result an expectedly but i talked all the stadd even their head dept. Coz my interview date will be in 3days.. We notice those case from CSC approved so fast but a little slow in forwarding to NVC took long weeks in NVC...   Those from TSC and VSC took long for approval but kinda fast in forwarding in NVC which u can get a week or 2week ur case number,.. then from NVC going to your designated embassy they pretty fast only week or less..  Hope it helps	jenrick13	Female	Philippines	2014-01-16 05:58:00

All questions was all about ur relationship,if u know everything u shouldn't worry.. Med exam is more scary than interview bcoz at interview they will just verified and validate all ur docs unlike in med exam if they sees anything not good they will refer u in a doctor and reschedule ur interview. From the timeline, it states that POE is in March.   Is that you and your fiance's choice of date or US Immigration?   Just figured that since you steamrolled through the K-1 process, figured she would be in the US by end of January or sooner It was our choice date of POE.. Just come early atleast 2am coz people arrived there by 2am. The clinic will open by 4:30 but it has already a long line... 6am will be the start of med if you want to be done in one day.. Remember be atleast in 1-5 no. Anything else that might be helpful to know? And also, with how fast you were able to get everything done, did the embassy receive your documents and send you the packet of instructions before you were able to do your medical exam, schedule your appointment, and do your interview? Then we set our interview appointment..it was kinda rush coz from April to Jan 29, we got another Jan 6 interview.. Then Jan 2 was my med exam, i went to the St. Lukes at 2am coz i need to finished my med exam in one day and by 8:30 im done. We are also at California. And she's from the Philippines. Is it fair to say I should be expecting to move this quickly too?? When you say you rescheduled your interview, what do you mean? Can you give more details or advice?   Thank you! My NOA1 was November 7th.  Still no change in Alien Registration Number nor NOA2.  Last year, we started a fiancée visa but after waiting over 6 months thought we would just get married in the Philippines so we voluntarily cancelled our fiancée visa request.  Well, work prevented that from happening.  So, we resubmitted a K-1 request and got our NOA1 November 7th.  Since then, nothing.  Could it be that NVC has our old and new case and just hasn't responded yet?  We paid both fees both times. Does anyone have the NVC phone number? Thanks y'all Its probably still in USCIS coz they will be the one going to review ur case and decision.. Better give them a call to make things clear in your case. 1-800-375-5283 thats there number... Whenever u feel bad, doubts or u have a questions dont hesitate to call them or even NVC... I already saw twice that the interview date schedules when its full to April they do back schedule to January only 6 slots per day and usually 2-3 days every week available they dont full one at a time.. Congratulations!!!  Wow, you got a great interview date (in my opinion).  I thought I read on the forums here people saying the wait was until late April or May. I am very happy for the both of you po!   salamat sa diyos dba dba       Hi, just curious did NVC give any explanation as to why it took so long?  I guess technically the timing was within their default guideline but it sounds like something got lost on their end?  Maybe I am reading too much into it... but great you got the case number nonetheless.  Congratulations and good luck!     At first our interview was April but i keep checking the available dates every minute lol.. Then finally this morning 1 slot open for January and i grab it fast or else someone might gonna take it.. Always check the dates its very terrible these days specially for K1.. Plus our status from USCIS never change since it was approved no noticed if it was shipped to NVC.. U need to keep follow ups to them both email/call.. Thats what we did and everything move so quick now we are just relax and wait for medical and interview . Dont just sit and wait sometimes its not update thats why u need to do follow ups.. Good luck... Got a email reply today and the NVC sent our case to the Vancouver consulate on dec 24!! Very happy right now.... You might have broken a record there..     edit: also you already got your Case Number within 10 days of its approval? You are one lucky couple. Yes we just approved in 11 days it was also suprised us.. We got the hardcopy after 5 days of approval notice.. And we haven't got our case number yet. What we do we keep sending email to nvc everyday, and thank God they response that they will be the one going to contact the USCIS and do follow ups.. We noticed after the Thanksgiving it become slow again their process. Thats why we keep them follow ups everyday to move thier ### too hehehe.. In few days you'll get a message from them saying they will be the one going to follow up ur petition from uscis.. Just like wat happened tp us.. K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	November 2013 filers?	Makes me wish we had filled early October instead, because of how fast processing went that month. Who would have predicted that USCIS would keep working during the shutdown...  Well at least I hope that they have lowered they work load and it still goes a bit faster than usual, maybe not 30 days... but before 5!    Hang in there, you will get your NOA1 soon. If you send the g-1145 form, then you should get an email between 3 and 4 days (of course the weekend doesn't count) after it arrived. I think the worst part comes after NOA1 though, because months can go by without ANY update and that WILL drive me nuts!   But oh well...  I am not a very patient person, I am nervous and I get stressed and obsessed over everything ... xD So I am hoping I don't lose my mind. My Fiance on the other hand is THE most patient person I know, so he is not even worrying about any of this 0_o!    Well I am just hoping I can get some peace of mind by posting here and getting to know all of you!     -Mari- Hi did u already got ur case number?
