Download a copy of the forms (that can be typed into (usually pdf)) type in all of the information and save them as PDF files (even the 156 that needs a bar code) can be saved as a PDF and attach them to an email. That way they look nice and neat and it will save your fiance from manually writting all the information. Like others have said I would agree with taking the proper documents and picking up.
