I wish you're right but sadly it has been 20 days of long agonizing wait now, NO RFE, no nothing. Just annoying emails saying we have an RFE on those dates.

It happened to me, 20 days of waiting without RFE hardcopy and the saga continues. I couldn't express more how upset I am right now. We received 3 different RFE notifications on my fiance's email.

 

First was on April 24, 2013,

2nd was on April 29, 2013,

3rd was on May 9 saying we have an RFE on April 24, 2013 again and that they already sent the mail, so we should be receiving it any days now.

 

Guess what, after 20 days of heartbreaking wait there's still no RFE hard copy for us! My fiance called in USCIS and he was told to wait, as they will "try" to do something about our case, SIGH!! sad.png crying.gif

I agree with what you said. I once had an argument with someone who was also a beneficiary from other Asian country. maybe she wants to be my English teacher then and she was proud that she studied english just to learn how to be able to speak/write English right.lol. oh not to mention English is one of the primary language that we Filipinos speak. though not all are able to speak well but atleast whenever we speak our tongue is not totally stiff. lol.And can learn easily. And she is not aware that even if VJ is a public forum, it still has its rules and regulations about respecting other people.I hope some will take time reading the policy of VJ.It doesn't mean that you are in public forum, you can already disrespect anybody or be rude just simply because the person did not agree to the responses she got. And oh btw some people here are acting as if "they know everything". . I guess those who don't know how to respect does not also deserve to be respected in return. "don't do unto others what you don't want others do unto you". NOT ALL FILIPINOS don't know how to speak English. as well as not ALL other nationalities read,write, or speak perfect English. I just hope some people here would realize that VJ has members from all over the world. There might be times that the English is worst! Just like the post that I read the other day, but I never post a response and say, wow ur english is bad. lol. but for some, it would already be a big deal.

I love your ideas!!! We recently started doin the movie thing.. However Nigeria rations the peoples power supply so its often interrupted for him by loss of power :( sometimes were lucky tho!! Hello people,

I would love to get information regarding to obtain Malaysia police clearance which is why I post it in here. Here is the case, I am a veterinarian originated from Indonesia but I worked in Malaysia under Professional Visit Pass from April 2010 to March 2011. That amount of time only equals to 11 months in total which is less than a year. Before April 2010 I came to do the paper works with my employer under a tourist visa for a month. This April I will be in Malaysia again for a month to sort my things out under a tourist visa too. If I sum up those months then it will be 13 months in total while the requirement says to get police clearance if stay in Malaysia for over a year. So my question is should I or should I not get the Malaysia police clearance because I want to prepare things before the interview in Indonesia since I've been reading that it takes 1-2 months to get the police clearance.

We might have to change the date of our NOA1 (surely it will effect our NOA2 too) because till today we haven't received the hard copy in the mail. We received notification by sms on March 1st that it was received in Texas and forwarded to VSC but without receipt number. Been calling the USCIS office for the receipt number and most the officers said there isn't number assign to our package yet and we have to wait for a specific officer to 'touch' our package. We try to remain positive as best as possible because we know it will be a long and windy road. Keep the faith, people!

Small world! :D Burt is from Colorado Springs. I make the drive there every couple months and that's a two day drive. I have never travelled through Canada past Saskatchewan so I wasn't sure of the roads and such. But I love an adventure!

It's still a WAYS away so maybe I'll change my mind lol

When my wife was in Canada I did get a Best Buy card, bought a tv, and then added her to the account. While I was paying on the tv she was actually building credit and two weeks after she got here (about 6 or 7 months later) she actually had a score in the high 600s and she was able to lease a car in her name only.




They didn't ask for any other information or anything? You just added her name to your account? I'm curious because my soon-to-be has a best buy card as well and this intrigues me.
