So, I'm selling my Futurama DVDs. I have volume 1-4. I posted a FB status update about it, and told people to name their own (reasonable) price. So of course I get a reply from someone saying they want them, but don't know what a reasonable price would be, and don't even give a wager.

So now I have to find something that won't rip me off, but at the same time won't make them uninterested.

I was thinking $40. Each volume retails for about $20-30, so that's 1/2 price (in fact a little less). I think it seems fair. What do you guys think? Would you pay $40 for that? Or should I ask for more? less?



Id say $50 for the 4 seasons is fair.

MMR stands for Measles, Mumps and Rubella (german measles). You might have gotten those vaccines in different shots.

(I got the mumps vaccine then the measles + rubella vaccine a few years later. I was told that was fine.)

Considering my wife is a midwest "meat and potato" girl, she got shocked when she first met me. She had come to Ontario for New Year's Eve. I really wanted to impress her. I made smoked salmon with cream cheese and capers, smoked mussels, escargot, shrimp and lobster tails with some different cheeses and wine.
To her credit, she tried everything...and loved it. She did have this cute apprehensive look on her face when trying the escsrgot and the smoked mussels. I just though everyone ate like that.

My first trip to a grocery store here in MN was such an experience. My wife still can't believe the look of disappointment as I wandered the isles looking for stuff.

So, once again....many thanks to my Secret Santa. May your Christmas be all you wish for and the New Year bring you joy and happiness.

Im copying Peachey's answer because it's a good description of what I like too. I like cutsie things, especially snow men, penguins, cute reindeer. My tree is no particular colour it's a mix of things, but I love the traditional colours (red & green) mixed with pale blue.

When you shop, what are your favourite things to shop for? Linens, books, clothing, perfume, skate board accessories etc etc

CanadaPC with French Keyboard

ok...So when I am in Montreal I will using a PC with a French keyboard......could someone who is computer savvy let me know how I would send an email?? I get that the QWERTY will be different...so typing in English would be a bit trickier, but would I be able to change the settings or is everything gonna be in French??

Has anyone encountered this?? I know someone posted a review and mentioned the 'french keyboard is weird and it took her a few times to sign in' but I cannot seem to find that post.....Thanks!!




hmmm.... Im not sure I understand....
Here is how I do it. I work mainly in French but also type in English... I have the different keyboards installed through Windows, and i can switch from one to another by the click of a button (or by doing Alt + Shift).

Does that help?

The problem might be finding the @... which is hard to find in the french keyboard... so I switch to the English when I need it.
