Shrimps 1/2 cup ends & pcs Bacon (precooked & diced) 3 pcs diced Hotdog (optional) 1/2 cup sweet Corn (drained) 1/2 cup green Peas (drained) 2 Eggs (scrambled precooked & diced) 5 chopped Onion leaves PROCEDURE: Saute butter, garlic, bacon & shrimps. Mix the leftover rice, sweet corn & green peas. Season to taste with soy sauce & black pepper. Cover & cook in medium heat for 3-5 minutes, occassionally stirring. Garnish with the onion leaves. Note: Children loves it!!!
