IR-1 / CR-1 Spouse Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	June 2012 I-130 Filers?	Okay. It didn't work out yesterday.   But the goal is Friday. By June 10th your case is completed and by the end of month you have interview date. After this you pick up your suitcase, walk to airport and pick the first flight home. If the first flight is California (this is okay) You take the bus from there. And if this doesn't work...tell hubby to get older alone Your hubby is a "Cancer" in horoscope. Me too. Write an explanation how you noticed just now the difference. I personally would just make sure your name is spelled correctly on your birth certificate. I don't know any reason why they need your grandfathers birth certificate. Maybe send what you send USCIS , only this time the original and explain at the interview ...and ask for it to be corrected.   I'm unsure...     They dnt ask for my grand father birth certificate, in my birth certificate my grand father's name has spelled wrong in the certificate i send to USCIS but the one i translated now has correct spelling.	neto123	Not Telling	Sri Lanka	2013-05-25 03:54:00

DS230 = 2 picture Medical=1 Interview=1   ok let me do this way, i have another issue with my english translation of my birth certificates, the one i send to USCIS and the one i got two days before from another translator have spelling mistakes of my grand father.I mean my grand father name had spelling mistakes on my previous translation and the current one which i got to send NVC with DS230.Will it be an issue or shall i take another translation which is same as my previous one?   They get my divorce degree on Tuesday. Meaning ....original plus copy behind  (# 2, 3, 6)   Do  not stable....use a clip   Have copy of all your send for yourself.   I wrote case number on upper right corner on every page (afraid the lose one paper)   I did send petitioners birth certificate (I was required for IR5)   Hi Sonjat   When should i want to mail the two Visa size photos??? with the DS230 or i want to submit during my visa interview??? It tells you when they received it.   My daughter just assembled my checklist (divorce) and is on her way to use UPS from within the USA. Check with them when you reached 10 working days. 864 has nothing to do with DS230.   Pray....all will be fine.   Today my daughter picks up my divorce papers. I laugh looking at it when it changes. This is how I feel. Laughing myself silly. The good part is I don't really have anyone waiting for me. Which is really sucks in reality.   I'm sitting here laughing. I've gone over the edge.     I got an email from NVC, it has mention they received my DS-3032 bla bla bla, they will send mail/email to my agent. I'm not even going to mention it.   According to my cover sheet (my listing of what is included) they know this is the justice clearance.   All documents will be returned to the consulate over here. And the consulate is fine with German and English papers.   Don't drive me insane... haha...I pray some more.   I do call NVC every night to see if my DS230 ended in the computer. NO...they are 2 separate packages.   864 is the financial part.   230 is all about the beneficiary.   Approval is not depending from one or the other. (its like walking through 2 different steps and departments)     Do you have DS230 ready and all your supporting documents.   You can send it the minute you paid the invoice.   I am waiting for justice clearance report,within 14 working days they have to send me, almost 17 working days over, i am keep on calling related department but no use.They says we are collecting your report weather you have involved in any crimes it make me to laugh.   other than justice report everything is ready,need to get english translation to be done once i got the justice clearance report.	neto123	Not Telling	Sri Lanka	2013-05-17 10:35:00

(not sure where I read it) But WE all have only 6 month time to enter (this is in general). Or we start the process over.   There is nothing about Bank statements. (You make yourself crazy) You only fill part 7 out...if...Your regular income doesn't exceed the poverty line. Only than do you have to show proof of your assets. I filed 864W.   Number 1 and 2 sounds right to me.   If they don't ask for bank statement...then don't send it....Unless you need your savings to prove you qualify above poverty line.   Personally I say..be ever so careful when you send anything regards your accounts. All your personal info is written on it. (I used DHL express. delivery 3 days later.)   Check with your country how you have to proceed. If online, you need to sign up for it.   I personally found it easier to use DHL express. Got immediate response that everything is okay. They don't really respond to DS3032. (my opinion)   They have on file email address to whom they send mail.   I simply and constantly checked with the payment portal. 1st it opened for 864... and one week later for DS230. I paid and send my documents immediately the next day.   They confirmed that they received it (and will work on it in the order received) I say all they do is enter the email address in the computer.   that's great,hope you send AOS and DS230 by post mail.
