I an June filer with priority date - June 04, 2012 but i have seen that june 08 already approved...even one july case approved we can see... similarly..there hv been cases filed eve after july are also getting approved.. i mean..is there any procedure those ppl are following...? still waiting...with each day....frustration rising and patience losing.. pl give me some hope USCIS...! any comments clarifying the order ...!! They might have given me a priority date sooner than the other person who was approved, but their batch might have been worked on before mine. So, a few days after me and a few days before me are being approved. They were likely just put into a batch of early June filers who were worked on before mine. Just trying not to think about this process. They should have just finished mine if they were going to change something on my case anyways. Of course I take my documents with me just in case. But I'm a worrier. The officer can only ask me about my children, or where I live. Believe me I might forget my childrens name (laugh). I have 4 weeks... omg...my stomach flips thinking about it. But no chocolate for me. I'm single and maybe the officer says "NO" to me. I lost my house already (got sold). I return and start over. Not easy. I recieved a check list yesterday for the new i-864 so both my self and sponsor has to redo the form, now my case will be delayed for sure....   my husband is starting to lose faith, he said to me yesterday he just tell himself it wont be until christmas before he get to be with his family, sad part i cant even go visit him i sooo broke I cant even pay attention...   Same story here too   Did they asked you to send DS 230 again? I received checklist for divorce.   I quit smoking after 35 years. So if I don't make much sense this is because of it. I struggle with my brain.   I checked with my timeline. Sounds like they accepted supporting documents.   Is ...Hubby... the only sponsor???   Check with you I-864 copie you have at home. Something must been missing for them to ask you to redo the whole Form.   yes hubby is only sponsor, they have mark it in black few parts where my hubby has fill wrong information , i told him be-careful when ur filling the form,so they asked to refill and submit again. And they have asked below doc.   You must submit the following financial evidence: [x] A written statement indicating why you did not file income tax returns. It means nothing more than them working the full 20 working days on it.   Now your 230 is still in process....you waiting for both. And both will be done around the same time.   Now you call back for both on Friday. I was told the scheduling depence on the capacity of the embassy.  (Which says "free spot") Its been only 4 working days after case complete. Hahahaha.... Make sure your case at NVC is closed first.   I did mine only in advance because the mediacal is good for such a long time.   yes sonjat,i plan to take the steps for medical once the case closed at NVC.
