K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Process & Procedures	Medical Problems	Okay, I've been reading all of the forums and such but can not find any info like this. About 7 years ago I did something really stupid and thought that I would take my own life. I was young, stupid and in a bad relationship. Since then I have overcome all of my emotional issues. IR-1 / CR-1 Spouse Visa Process & Procedures	Wife need help!!!! how long does this all take	Hello fellow yardie! Congrats on sending the I130. Your first NO1 should get to you in about a week. My NO2 took 4 mos, but Im seeing things are moving a bit faster. As a fellow yardie, my suggestion to you would be to get started on getting the paperwork going for when you land in the NVC. For instance, make sure hubby has all his immunizations up to date- that way you wont pay an arm and a leg when he needs his medical. Also, see about him getting his police certificate in Kingston right away (I believe they are good for a whole year) I WISH me and my husband would have gotten his police certificate - this held us up for a week or two because he had to go apply for it, and then go back to pick it up 3 days later. You can chose the 21 day process since you have some time. (it costs a lot less) have him get his original birth certificate ready and sent to you - you will need this for the DS230. We will get you thru this process! I'm here for you.
