US Embassy and Consulate DiscussionI-134 Help
It really depends how much you need to make up based on your income and how many people you support.

US Embassy and Consulate DiscussionCan the Co Sponsor Mail Directly to the Embassy?
I have heard of that option before but I don't know how it works for each embassy. Perhaps someone in the region specific forum could give you that information.

US Embassy and Consulate DiscussionWhat are the grounds for administrative review?
The first stage basically decides that you are eligible for the visa for which you are applying and to do preliminary background checks. They don't really get into the authenticity of your relationship until the point of the interview. There are many people who have been married for years and have been denied, you need more than just a piece of paper that says you got married 2 years ago. What has happened in the meantime to keep up this marriage. However, if you do have extensive proof of this relationship as you stated then you probably have a pretty good chance provided you present yourself and the documents in an organized and easy to understand fashion.

US Embassy and Consulate DiscussionI-134 Aff. Of Support Evidence

Hey Im also going to need to send a co sponsor, can I just ask you how you did that. Did you send 2 seperate I134 form one filled out by you and one by your co sponsor?

Yes, with all the necessary financial info such as tax transcripts, letters of employment, bank letters, etc.

You don't add your and your sponsor's assets and income together. So if your sponsor themselves have an income of more than enough to support the beneficiary than they do not need bank info.

Why do people ask questions and then not like the answer? My timeline states that we did the K-1 last year, Nich-Nick gave you a link where you could find this information we both come on this forum everyday to answer questions. What else do

If you aren't satisfied with that, this says pretty much the same thing again: http://photos.state....visa/iv_019.pdf

You will need to bring it to the interview. Make sure it is what is called the "long form" otherwise they will not accept it. I would have an extra copy or two in case they want to keep your copy.

If your interview is before April 18th you will not technically be required to have the 2010 because that is when it is due. However, it might be helpful to have your W-2's from this year just in case.

You don't book an interview appointment. You are TOLD when your appointment is and you show up to your allotted time.

Make sure you start work on fixing this ASAP, it will be a whole bigger mess if it is changed in the midst of being transferred via NVC.

You should have answered on the I-129F the question regarding which consulate you wanted, question #20.

US Embassy and Consulate Discussionintroduction to fiancé
This is probably a very embassy specific question, but overall you can be introduced by other people. You can even include in the question about how you met their relationship to the two of you. Immigration is most worried about you being introduced by a third part who will financially benefit from the situation, ie. someone getting paid off for getting a greencard.

I think you need the letter to get inside. Try to call the embassy to see what to do.

Co sponsors are allowed at London so as long as they make enough money you should be ok.

US Embassy and Consulate DiscussionI-134 Question: Multiple Employers

Payxiba, I am confused. How is this question related to the last step before moving? They haven't had their interview yet and been approved for moving to the U.S, have they? But I admit, I am confused by the process and am going one step at a time. The reason I ask is because I am about to assemble my packet with the Affidavit of Support and may have some questions to post.

The I-134 is part of the interview which is effectively the last thing you do before you are approved.

US Embassy and Consulate DiscussionI-134 Question: Multiple Employers
I would put an attachment and a breakdown of your work with various employers. The taxes and W2's will be useful. Also letters from each major employer stating how much you work on average for them would be good too.

US Embassy and Consulate DiscussionInterrogated at Interview and given 221g...HELP

Hi amykathleen,
so do u know of other ppl here on VJ that have gone through London as non-UK-citizens that I may look up to see what their interview experiences were like. We are kind of in a similar situation where my hubby lives in UK but has a Nigerian passport. We are currently awaiting an interview date. thanks.

I believe that MARM had a similar experience and ended up in AP.

You will need a police check (everyone does) and copies of all info pertaining to your case. You will have an interview regardless, and it shouldn't have an impact.

US Embassy and Consulate DiscussionU.S. petitioner accompanying foreign fiance to K1 interview?
It depends on the embassy really. I don't know about Slovenia's policy on letting others into the interview. As Slovenia is not exactly a high fraud consulate I don't think that it would make that much of a difference if you were there or not.

US Embassy and Consulate DiscussionFiance Visa taking way too long. help please
Is there any guidelines to who may go through AP? I mean is it by country, commonality of name, etc. I am the USC and my last name is fairly common, would that mean that the application would go through more checks because of this?

US Citizenship General DiscussionWhat to wear for interview & possible swearing in?
I personally would go for more business casual. At least khakis and a polo if not a shirt and tie. You want to convey the appearance of being professional and trustworthy.

US Citizenship General DiscussionN/A vs None
I personally would put N/a in every spot that you don't have something to write so that at least the person looking at it knows that you didn't accidentally skip a section. They might RFE if they think you missed information. However, I don't think they are going to RFE for writing N/A on things that don't apply to you. I don't know what the official answer is on what is necessary though.

US Citizenship General DiscussionHow to report person who got greencard then citizenship with false documents?
Why would he change his name and birth date because of an expired student visa? He still could have gotten married and adjusted status while still in the country.

Unfortunately USCIS do not seem to take "wanting revenge" from a possibly vindictive ex-employer very seriously.
