IR-1 / CR-1 Spouse Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	September 2013 I-130 Filers	Forgive me if you've already stated this, but when you mailed in the I-130 was the marriage certificate in English? Or did it have all three languages on it?   I have no clue why they'd send an RFE if it's in English, but maybe they want a certified English only copy? I wish I could be more help to you :/ In my country every certificate like marrige even a Id and Passport are in 3 Languages as I said before .    And requst  says like this :       You submitted a foreign language document that appears to be a marriage certificate.You must submitt a full English translation of that document.this must be a complete translation of the original document in its etirety.Extract or summary translation of the orginal are not acceptable. Did you get married in the US or another country? Can you just request the certificate in English only?  Mine is in Albanian , English and Serbian. Our state issues Marriage Certicifates in 3 Languages including english . IR-1 / CR-1 Spouse Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	September 2013 I-130 Filers	3-5 days.   Oh thanks god , I was shaking when my hubby said check status cuz we got it updated I was so wating for an APPROVAL but it was not I have Additional Request wich is diffrent from Intial Request , I googled and its usualy when they need more Evidence like Pictures , that we met person cuz qe dident include anything  accpet papers documents. Right after it people got Approved and when is Intial Requset normally says is some Documents from List are missing they might lost or I dont know . Admin, pls update me on our spreadsheet so that others will follow up and know how things is going so far.... Am congratulating all approvals so far. I pray real soon the journey will be over. The I130 IMMIGRANT PETITION FOR RELATIVE, FIANCE(E), OR ORPHAN was transferred and is now being processed at a USCIS office. You will be notified by mail when a decision is made, or if the office needs something from you. IR-1 / CR-1 Spouse Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	September 2013 I-130 Filers	My case staus changed now :     On February 26, 2014, we transferred your I130, IMMIGRANT PETITION FOR RELATIVE, FIANCE(E), OR ORPHAN, to your local USCIS Office for further processing. I'm not sure what's going to happen, but they might give you an RFE because of only sending those documents. I'm a july filler of 2013. & our case was complete on august 22nd. got an interview for Oct 30th,,!    u will make it, just be patient. it's all worth it. usually cases are processed at NVC about 5-7 months. National Visa Center (Dept of State)	Anyone from TSC K1 fiance please comment when you get a case number!!	How do you find out when they ship it from TSC to NVC. Do you get an email or get notified? Or do you just keep checking the USCIS site? Right now we are in "post decision activity" and it says we have mailed you a notice. What type of wording change do I need to look for on the site? Thanks for your help. Being so much closer but still waiting is all part of the game I guess. In my case I got a text message, e-mail and the USCIS site was updated.   Here is the exact wording:     Post Decision Activity On July 24, 2013, we shipped this approved or re-affirmed case to the Department of State for visa processing.
