K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	November 2013 filers?	Fiance called NVC and we have our case number!!! I checked the status and it says:   "Your case is ready for your interview when scheduled at the U.S. Consular section" !!   And now I panic since I'm not sure what should I do now! Hey Roel,   my status on USCIS never changed after they approved my petition, it is still the "on the ... we mailed you a notice that we approved this petition". I got a mailed notice from NVC 3-4 weeks after we received NOA2 hardcopy.   Thanks everyone for answers.. BS. *coughs* Also - a small side question about the medical check. If its possible to get one - now - before the case would be send here and everything? So I could get it out of the way? Really great news for you !   You could start to look up on your embassy page on vj what they ask for the packet 3.. http://www.visajourn...land&cty=Warsaw Be careful about the documents that need to be dated close to the interview I only started to work on the packet 3 when I had notice NVC had my case. Fiance is in work and I know he can't check his phone, so excited to tell him! <3 <3   And now I panic since as much I hoped for it, I didn't expect it to happen that soon - What comes now? I received received my notice letter it was about the passport photos.   I wonder, now we should be getting our NOA2s around the same days, right? Now I will be worried why we didn't get an email or why the case status on website wasn't updated *sighs* Hope that you and me will get approved fast after they will receive our "missing" evidences! Or can we just wait for NVC to mail us something? I guess I am just not wanting to have to call them a million times if I do not have to and would just rather wait for them to get it and mail us.   Thanks!   We had to call in order to get a NVC number. Our petition has finally been approved! It was the best news I could've asked for today. Now I hope that this ball keeps rolling for everyone else still waiting for the NOA2, hopefully we were all in the same batch together, but it'll come when least expected!   Congrats! K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	November 2013 TSC Filers	So today, about 130 days after sending our petition I picked up my passport with visa. 3 days after the interview    I think I can finally say that it's the end of our visa journey (for now, at least ). I haven't seen my fiance since December and I can't wait to finally be with him. I know we can consider ourselves lucky that our case went quite smooth (even with RFE) and rather fast.. I really wish all other November fillers to get their approvals fast!   This journey was much easier with this website and people who were answering my questions - thank you all.   Now, it's only waiting until my flight on 16th and then wedding few days later. I'm withdrawing my petition   Really sorry to hear that     -     I'm getting ready for the 1st April interview.. And I'm going crazy nervous. I think I've already checked all the papers for like 100 times to be sure everything is fine. I read the reviews for Warsaw embassy and everyone keeps saying that the interview goes smoothly and there is nothing to worry about.. But I'm always nervous Been waiting so long for that day..
