This was after they told me to send a Copy of my NOA2 and they would contact TSC on my behalf. As you will see from their response it was another waste of my time. Dear Sir/Madam, Please be advised that the National Visa Center (NVC) has received your inquiry. Unfortunately, we do not have record of receiving yet your petition. Please allow at least eight weeks from the date that your petition was approved, for your petition to be received and appear in our records at the NVC. I apologize for the inconvenience. K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	NOA2 to NVC to Embassy	So I went to an infopass appointment this morning to get some help in moving my case from TSC where t has been sitting in an approved status for 40 days. Well!! T was a total waste of my time. They told me lie is still in TSC. And there was nothing they could do to move t along because they are not in Texas and they could send an email but there was no guarantee that the person with the file would respond. Really!!!!! Then they told me they didn't now why the file was still there because they have nt done anything with it since approval. Then comes the shocker!!!. Each person gets dealt a different card, some must be more paitent than others. You will get there, just think of all the good things you will do when you are together.
