Russia, Ukraine and Belarus	Tourist visas from Ukraine	documents given to the consulate should be English or with an English translation. You can translate them yourself. The K-1 is also a non-immigrant visa. i would say good luck with this!!! i tried 2 times to get my sweety here on b2 visa!!! and was total waist of money!!! Russia, Ukraine and Belarus	Kiev questions	Got an e-mail from Kiev, saying our documents were received (read - we finally went down to our mailroom and got them) on March 29th and the information packet was mailed. Phoned a call-center.... no dice.... the only good thing about all this - I managed to call (for a second time) without a PIN code there is a section in kiev site with email quesitons about your k1 visa application. by the way you have to use ie webbroser not mozilla ugggggggg and i emaild them and got a reply in 1 day, said in the system when it arrived and when the package was sent out to ievgeniia try that.. good luck will start next week trying to arrange our interveiw date in june.. trying to get tickets at better price than 1200 each .. and not go to jfk on direct flght to kiev... 11 hours!!! to long for me on my back	leith@Ievgeniia	Male	Ukraine	2010-04-01 12:46:00

Do not forget to get copy of immunization translation!!!!!! that was my idear to do on monday and have interview on tuesday, take train to her house south of kiev on wed and thurs come back friday morning and get visa at fedex location and fly out friday at 1150 that is my plans. i am going to buy ievgeniia's ticket with the ability to change if something happens and we have to extend.. acutally both tickets o by the way thanks to all that gave me the flat sites to use!!! wow,,, great prices and nice flats!!! hotels in kiev....not great and way to expensive for what they are!! i will keep all informed on when i get interview date arranged....trying for june. and end this computer stuff!!! hahahahah	leith@Ievgeniia	Male	Ukraine	2010-04-01 12:39:00

Russia, Ukraine and Belarus	interview in kiev	was super quick and simple!! we arrived at 0800 and walked around for 45 minutes before going in. We checked in and cleared security want to the back in the immigration section Ievgeniia showed all the support doccuments as i paide the extorcion moeny our gov't decided to hold us to the extra 210!! yes $350 now!!! you pay 140 at procredit and the 210 in cash at embissy on day of interview!!! then we took seat and wated for about 1 hour. we was called back and they asked me 1 question how did we meat. they seen we actually meet in jamaica but wanted to know before that. and the Jania was asked 4 simple qustions alone. She cam out with a smile bigger than this!! and had little card in her hand. we got it!!!!! Next we waited in the cf of line to get visa shipped to us. took 1 hour or more!!! we got the call today that visa is in kiev wting on us!!! we come home monday 14th!!! poe atl!!!! i choose for easy to clear Now the medical was a day from hell!!!! they have you wait in hall way where all doors keep opening and closing. nobody telling anythig. you run form one room to another and try to figher out how to get done!! exray of chest took 3 hours to happen!!! the medical is run by un!!! no wonder it is overpriced and took from 9am to 4pm !!!! o by the way internationl mover or shipper somebody can suggest??? man we have so much to pack and move!!!! thanks for all the support and info!!!! we did it!!! we got visa and ready to pick up at fedex!!!!	leith@Ievgeniia	Male	Ukraine	2010-06-09 09:31:00

Not sure I understood all of the post above. Well nobody ever met her from Delta or Air France, but in Atlanta guy at the desk have read that she's ukrainian and ask her "russian yes?" she said yes and they called up russian speaking person. But everything else she figured on her on. Knowing words like restroom, smoking etc really helped. She couldn't understand what exactly people saying but was obviously which way they pointing...
