I'm not happy	You can't appeal such a ridiculous outcome, my understanding of a Fiancee Visa and I'm no expert, but dont you need to show proof of work history before Your even at the interview stage? I just hope the police clearance don't take long and we have all the correct documents needed and submitted, as I said earlier, the consulates website is very confusing. I'm just freaked out! Wow that is really long wait time, would you mind sharing the medical experience, plus the embassy never mailed a letter with specific instructions, just an email directing us to there confuing website, DS160 done but wasn't clear on what else they needed we dud DS230 and 156 something or other. Fiance and I are still gathering documents police clearance from south Africa and Zimbabwe, he's Zimbabwean, haven't done the medical, our approval is good until May and I'm going out my minf with worry, does it really take that long to get SA clearance? I think all forms have an expire date on them I would think it can be used because your submitting the application within the time before it expires. I got my email notice yesterday so I guess that would be considered NOA-1 Hard copy should be here soon I hope, with the receipt notice number I quickly went to the USCIS website and signed up for text and email notifications, and checked on the status of our pettion It's in the "Initial Review stage, estimated to be completed by Dec31-Jan8 2014 So the clock is ticking and the nail biting begins, what esle can we do to pass the time?? APPROVED......   The consul just asked 3 simple questions   Where will you live in the States? When did your fiance arrived from the US on this trip? (Since I went to the interview with her) How did you meet?   Then she just told her Congrats your visa is approved That's wonderful news Can So great you was able to be there as support and good luck charm as well... K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	November 2013 TSC Filers	Just wanted to let everybody know, that TODAY I had my medical in Frankfurt/ Germany! The Lady that was checking me was so nice! Everything is fine and the documents are getting send to the embassy in Germany now (also in Frankfurt) I am truely so happy!! X-ray, vaccinations, everything is good :-) And we were getting last Friday our NOA2 hardcopy in mail and the USCIS was changing our status online, also on Friday, that it is getting shipped to NVC now!! When can we start calling them and ask for the case number??? Good luck to all those who are still waiting! I cross my fingers for y'all! Congratulations! Your sounding a lot more pleasant now, I would start calling for your case number about 2 weeks after NOA2, they should have one for you by then, Good luck on your journey!
