I shall focus on another adventure in my life now by trying to get accepted into a doctoral program by Fall 2013. Give him his time to complete his task he wishes to accomplish for his life. I've read a few cases where the beneficiary changes their mind but I don't think any of them are on VJ anymore.
Is there something specific you wanted answered?

What is the reason for the cancellation. Does the fiance want to get married and file a marriage petition? Or does this mean that he wants the relationship to end?

The Beneficiary wanted to cancel the K-1 process due to wanting to reside in their own country (Ghana) which is what the reason is that was given.

It seams like my case will be processed at TSC....

"My wife's name is in the Part 1 and Part 2 b is checked? Additional information is my wife's information again, and my (sponsor) information is part 4. Daughter's information is in Part 5. Both my wife and I sign part 6."

I think almost all that you said here is wrong...
Part 1 is the daughter name ( she is the one who need conditional removed)
Part 2 . Yes, need to be checked 2 b and have a separate document where you will exapain why the dauther is filing a separate I 751 petition.
Part 3 is again the daugher
Part 4 is you the sponsor means the US citizen ( I AM NOT SURE HERE THAT IS WHY I NEED MYSELF AN ADVICE)
Part 5 is the daughter who just file N/A if she doesn't have her own children.
Part 6 is just your daughter signature if she is able to sign.
Part 7 Must filled out only if the daugher is just a little girl who can not file by her self this form and will be you or your wife.

I am still hopping there is somebody here who can tell us if this is corect or not. I really aprecite if someone can help us!

Thank you all for trying to help but I would like to be sure how I must file the separate I 751 for form my daughter. I can not aford to send the file wrong in September because she will travel in Romania in December and she will be back in January when the conditional card is expired. She is filing separate because :
1. She is almost 22 years old;
2 She applied and received her conditional green card 1 year later than me.
Is there somebody who did this before and can answer my questions from my first post?

My daugher is a K2 and she achieved permanent resident status more than 90 days after the my K1 ( she fallow me in USA after 1 year) , so she will file her own I-751. I would apreciate if somebody can help me to undestand how she should file out "Part 4 Information about the spouse or parent through whom you gain your conditional residence"
The parent through whom she gained her conditional residence is my husband , the US citizen and her step father or me K1 visa and her mother? Which name should be there mine or her step father, the US citizen?
Also at "Part 6" the only signature should be there is my daugher's signature, is that right?

I am Romanian and I went through a divorce and I hope I'll help you a little bit.
Where is her son right now? With her or with his father? If she will divorce the judge will give her the son (Romanian law is protecting the mother usually) not him but the son need to live with her. After divorce you should apply for K1 and K2 visa but the son needs the father consent to fallow her in US if the son is less than 18 years old.
She can divorce without return in Romania and for that she will hire a lawyer to represent her. You can find online a lawyer company in Romania that can take care of her divorce. Also the lawyer can find a way to get his consent to let the son following her. There must be something that he care of, if he is an alcoholic maybe he care more for having money for alcohol than her and her son, maybe if she will sign that she do not need any alimony or she don’t need anything else ( house, car, money) in change for his consent. Be carefull, ask the lawyer if there is a general consent not just for letting the son go to Italy.

Pre K-1 Visa filing / trip to U.S. for visit

IF you have already filed a petition for a K-1 visa, they will not issue a B-2 visa. I tried it, with no joy. A couple of years ago, when the process was even slower than it is now, you could get a B-2 under these circumstances. But, no more. Don't waste your time or money, however it would be a good idea to start getting all information needed for the I-134 affadavit of support, you will eventually need it.

First, don't forget the check in the amount of $170.00 USD. Second, I-129F Supplement: Part B, Question 18, explanation of meeting in person. Third, you stated you have a copy of your fiancee's birth certificate, you need a copy of your birth certificate, because you are the petitioner. Also, T-R-I-P-L-E check the forms! Then, have someone you trust look over the forms with a fresh pair of eyes . Pay special attention to signatures, and items such as fiancee's name in native alphabet. Compare them against the example forms on this website. Finally, relax.....it'll all work out.

Accelterated Processing time?

Probably not gonna happen for you. I vaguely recall seeing something where they would speed up the entire K-1 Visa process if certain circumstances were present. I'm talking about things like you have recently been told by a doctor that you have less than 4 months to live kinda circumstances. Hopefully this is not the situation for you or your girl.

I believe this accelerated processing is used in only the most dire of situations and is probably, even then, only seldomly granted.

yup.. this is really getting to me now too.. I havent seen Rachel since June 2.. She's here Nov 3 for a couple of weeks and it was supposed to be a wee holiday just to break up the wait.. I totally had it in my head Id be over there by december but Its just not happenning!!
WHat annoys me is when in florida last time we met a nice couple who were UK and US.. They just decided they needed to be together so he flew over and stayed. Theyve had no problems and are dealing with his visa while over there. They advised us to do the same as supposedly you can get away with it.. but no, we thought we'd rather do it the right way so we don't have to look over our shoulders and this is what happens!! Its the little things frustrating me now like I cant plan anything here as I don't know when ill be away! Stupid things like I saw a nice jacket the other day and wanted to buy it then thought "but will I be here long enough to use it as I won't need one in tampa". Its driving me nuts. The most important thing to me is Ive got a beautiful fiancee over there who I love more than anything. She's a fragile little thing, weighs only 102 pounds and I just want to look after and protect her.. USCIS.. HURRY UP!!

CSC touches question

Yesterday I received a response from csc stating my case was being reviewed when I checked my e-mail. I then check my case status on line and noticed my case was touched 1/31/2006 with a message "we responded to your inquiry you should receive an answer in 30 days" Now today the date has change to 2/1/2006 with the same message. Is this standard operating procedure (SOP) or what :help:

I just got one when I inquired about my case.

"Your case is currently under review. You should receive a decision or
notice of other action within 60 days of the date of this correspondence."

It's not an RFE, denial, or approval. I think it means it's being looked at and no decision has been made.

Has anyone gotten one of these and if so how long did you wait for the 2NOA?

Maybe your not denied? Are you sure that the VO said "denied" or are you guessing? Your next post indicated they wanted more info.

It seems they were not satisfied with some answers that she gave which caused doubts about the validity of the relationship. It appears the embassy VO was not denying you just on the fact that you were married 3 times. That said I am sure it played some part in the overall decision.

Case approved 2NOA from CSC

I'm still here. Working on Packet 3. My guy in Colombia who was going to file the Packet 3 papers for my fiance was seriously hurt about an hour after I called him in Colombia (fell down a stairs and fractured his spine.) Now I must take care of BIZ. My case is at the NVC and should be heading to Bogota in a few days. :dance:
