USCIS told us it will be transferred in two weeks since last week. i hope that this message from uscis is not scripted... hehe... we are targeting that by mid-Nov, our case should be already in NVC. I was told by USCIS that it would take at least 60 days from NOA2 to NVC. Because they have a new shipping contractor, and they have to fill a crate each month for sending. So on top of all this long waiting for NOA2 and all the new high fees for improving services they also find a new "better" contractor who requires stuff to fill their crates and ships it across USA in 60 days Why dont they just ask us to pay 10 dollars more and send each of our petitions separately by US mail as soon as it gets approved? You know these days US mail can handle these things in like 3 days instead of 60 So now what can we do? Just keep waiting till we receive a letter from NVC that they got it? It´s lotsa memories and sometimes we tell funny stories from our past or whatever and so it´s like starting so far away from nothing is like building a completely new life like it doesnt matter to anyone new I might meet who I was before ...they just meet me and then wait what I can do or I dunno how to say it....also with my friends we like to sing songs and play games...noone knows my fav cz songs in usa etc. So it´s like now I have a place in life but over there not yet cuz will have to find it again. And reading like some people don´t have a nice friend (xcept their SO ofcourse) even after like 2 years or so doesnt help much. But wouldn´t probably stick it in their face in the first place just not to confuse them. I am beginning to think I shouldn´t even be answering this since I am K1 and don´t know much about K3. But K1 is a one time visa and if u use it for the entrance you have to do in USA what it´s designed for = get married. You cannot enter twice on K1. So I hope K3 isn´t a one time use visa too, is it? I assume they place the K3 visa in the passport somewhere near the tourist visa so the officer will know about her having it anyways so it might get confusing. Someone was trying to enter USA on a tourist visa while they already had the K1 but their wedding plans were for later so they didn´t wanna use the K1 and had some troubles at the border trying to explain why they have to enter on tourist visa... There is nothing wrong with the combination of petitions PBILLY filed. There is no such thing as an I-129F visa. It is a petition. The petition is used for either a fiance or a spouse. To use the I-129F for a spouse, one must first or simultaneously file an I-130 petition. The two petitions gets you on the K3 route. Is that cuz of the medical condition doesn´t allow it? Cuz if you are at the end of K1 visa journey and you switch to K3 journey instead, the new process will take you so much longer now. People who are getting K3 now have to wait a really long time for everything to go through. Why don´t you get K1 visa in November and get married with that and then you can both be together in USA or Canada?
