I would strongly not recommend you to do that. Some people get married on a tourist visa while they are in USA but that´s only possible if you don´t plan your wedding ahead. In your case you are already planning cuz you applied for K1 so they will know. That could cause some problems later with K3. I suggest you wait through this and if it comes to it postpone the wedding date. If you have to refund somebody maybe do that if you can and then just have a small wedding with no huge expenses. Maybe I am totally wrong but was just thinking about it so wanted to let you know.
