you did not include us for what reason ?

You are number 229 on page 104 of this thread...you will thank me later tongue.gif

You know...it´s kinda weird...I have always been making this list just for myself...started cuz I never appeared on bszooms list cuz before we didn´t receive NOA1 notice for a very long time...now bszoom has better things to do so people start crying for a list and when someone posts one there is always someone who comes and just criticizes...even if I made this mistake (which I didn´t) and didn´t include you, you could just be nice and ask for me to add you...I am not as smart as bszoom so I have to do this thing manually...and therefore there might occur some mistakes...so what? whistling.gif
Guess people who try to do something nice always have to listen to some complainers tongue.gif

I notice I fall in June Filers but I consider myself a July filer due to the fact although I sent it on 27th June it was from scotland therefore probably didn't even hit US soil until July. Still if it puts me higher up on list I'll take it

I agree, sent date matters little its the date they acknowledge recieved that matters

I agree with that too...sent date matters little...but since on VJ it´s the most accurate one I used that one...like I said before...people use all sorts of kinds of dates when entering NOA1 received date...someone writes the actual date when they received the notice, which might be 3 months later from when the notice says their actual USCIS received date is (but then VJ uses it for their other statistics), someone writes the date that appears on the website (which is often different from the one that appears on the hardcopy)...etc....there have been many discussions on this so I don´t think I need to discuss it again....on bszooms lists many people didn´t appear at all simply just cuz they never received their NOA1 notice...therefore I used sent date for this matter like it or not...and if me using sent date instead of received date insults you cuz it puts you 10 places up or down on the list please accept my apology biggrin.gif the list is just for fun and to give people a general idea....not for cutting people´s heads off if something isn´t 100% tongue.gif

This is ridiculous, Scott and Tanjay are you so desperate to try and pretend 1/3 of CSC June NOA1s are NOT approved? thanks Rob&Jin for pointing out the obvious.

Yes I used the NOA1 date and not the mailed date, even if its not what USCIS prioritizes by, its still the date on all of our documents that VJ uses. Some people with NOA1 did in fact mail theirs in May but that is splitting hairs.

I also did not include VSC as they are in their own black hole and really seperate from the rest of us in this process.

So no matter how you look at it, 37 out of 115, 41 out of 121, those are still both about 33%.

Yes I'm bored waiting for my fiancee to get online...

ph34r.gif

Noone is being desperate. You are just trying to make yourself feel better about how many people from June were approved while they actually weren´t cuz they filed in May. Nothing wrong with your choices but try to be nicer good.gif I used the sent date for this list since this is the most accurate...for NOA1 received date people use like 3 different dates so it´s very inaccurate. For example we received the notice after 111 days but the date on it was 3 days after we sent the petition. So much for NOA1 being accurate. I also didn´t include VSC in the list of names and I wouldn´t say they are in a black hole...they are just in a different center than NSC/TSC/CSC good.gif And it doesn´t hurt being more friendly here I think kicking.gif

the world is not ending, nearly a third of June NOA1's have been approved at CSC already. I wonder why some people get approved, update their timelines but don't post about it on here?

So much for you thinking a third of June filers have been approved tongue.gif

I doubt it, would you? When my girl gets here I'm sure as heck not going to spend hours putting together lists that are no longer relevant to me. I really doubt bzoom will do another one (but I hope he does!). It would take a while that is for sure.

My cousin in Laguna Niguel said that most people did not show up to work today (and the air quality was horrible) so I doubt CSC employees would have made the extra effort to be there. Certainly the lack of approvals speaks louder than my opinion...things will get going again soon!

Pay attention to news on the Santiago Fire if you want to learn about what could be affecting the CSC.

Well he is smart and doesn´t have to do it manually (which I can´t say about myself whistling.gif ) so not sure how much time it takes him...
There are people who still keep coming here after they go through the whole visa process so you never know, he might find some time to spare smile.gif
I also think RFE trick isn´t really a trick tongue.gif whistling.gif Is it?

I just called, and the lady insited that even though my case has been assigned that it can take 60 days for the officer to make a descision. I told her that I know that people are getting approved who filed after me, and she said I'm still within current processing times and then hung up on me. So their working today..............I talked to someone.

Nice...so it might take up to 60 days once you are assigned? Interesting....also nice that she hung up on you...I guess they don´t get paid to answer your questions...? blink.gif

Well what it looks like is that they call the customer service number or something and then say that their case is taking really long and that they think they got an RFE or something like that...and so the person answers them something...usually if you call 5x a day you get 5 different information...people who were already approved weren´t told they were approved and were told to wait a couple more weeks...etc...sometimes people get lucky though and get a nice person on the phone and they give them an accurate info on their case...but mostly it´s very inaccurate I think..

So how does anyone actually KNOW that CSC is still working at full capacity?? Where did anyone get this info?

Has anyone tried the RFE trick to see if anyone asks??? smile.gif

Under 10 approvals this week?? I thought we were already over that number??

Gosh...it seems like this whole process just gets worse and worse everyday. This is getting ridiculous. As if the curse of the USCIS wasn't enough, now there are F-ing wildfires to sabotage things further.

Noone knows anything and if you wanna call, you can try smile.gif

So I found edp333 by accident...they filed I-129F 05-23 I think (also filed I-130)...they got approved this Tuesday (23rd) and it says in their timeline...but the VJ statistics that I see on my screen doesn´t list them...so when somebody files for K3 with both I-129F and I-130 it doesn´t show the I-129F in the K1 statistics? unsure.gif
That doesn´t make any sense since when you run the detailed search, it shows if the couple filed only I-129F or I-129F and I-130 together and that´s when I run a search for K1 visas...so I dunno unsure.gif

W00t? tongue.gif I dunno...processing times for K1 are still the same...148 days average...ours predicted date haven´t moved neither way for like a week or two...and looks like we haven´t had a single approval in the last two days...on the other hand if I am not mistaken K3 average date at CSC moved from like around 202 days down to 178 days...so that looks better for you good.gif

To u2rsobad,

It is very nice that you guys have dated for 11 years and finally marry. I have been with my fiance for 7 years since my junior year in highschool as an exchange student. And I wan not able to disclose about him to my family for a long time. A few months ago, my great grandmother died and everthing in my family was changed and finally I told my family that I am planning to marry and move to the US. And my fiance (USC) came to meet my family and actually my parents liked him. He is well educated and has a decent job even though he is a new graduate. And we are not planning to have a child, so my parents agree to let us marry kicking.gif kicking.gif kicking.gif

Me curious again tongue.gif ...Is that normal that they let you get married only if you don´t plan to have a child? I think children are very nice and they are part of the family...? unsure.gif

Thank you for your wishes Maria and John and Ur2sobad biggrin.gif

I was just wondering...ur2sobad...how did that happen that you have been dating for 11 years? Didn´t you wanna get married after like 7 years?

LOL..I knew I wanted to get married after 1 month! But, he wasn't ready. I lived over there for 15 years, about a 10 min walk to his family's house at the bottom of the hill. Lots of factors played into us (me) waiting. I was divorced (not very socially accepted there), had 2 children already, I'm older (no prob for him, but was for his dad) and to his family's dismay..I'm not Japanese. He's several years younger than I and wasn't ready for an instant family with me let alone being written out of his family (his father's threat..then stating "no foreign blood in this family"). Due to a death in my family, I had to move back to the USA and after being apart, he's decided he doesn't really care how his family feels, he's not going to live any longer without me. That's the jest of it in a nut shell. They say good things come to those who wait...well, I've done more than my fair share of waiting smile.gif

Agreed good.gif Good luck to you both yes.gif rose.gif

After browsing the forums more and more recently, I have to admit I'm rather curiously speculating on the NOA2s of ramzis51, Scott and Marta, and Tim Y. It's got to come through soon for all of you! So great to see it happen for u2rsobad and afterforever in the past few days. Hopefully CSC doesn't get all slow and completely useless again.

And all the touches Jamie76's (as a June filer) gotten lately have made me even more anticipative...

Well it´s like that...the process is long and nobody likes this much waiting...but there are not too many lucky ones who get to be approved within a month by accident...so most of us are facing 5 or 6 months or so...so it´s whether you choose to get really anxious and sad about it or just try to stay positive...I choose to be positive although I keep watching the statistics and sometimes I go like unsure.gif mad.gif blink.gif wacko.gif sad.gif but there´s no point staying like that...I don´t care if we have to change our wedding date...We wanna be together and we will no matter what any government thinks or says...even if they wouldn´t let us go get married in USA, we go do it somewhere else and we have no problem living together anywhere in the world as long as we can be together...Yeah sometimes I go cry for a while...but then I see no point in that so I go find something fun to do...and we as a couple have strong support in each other so it makes sad times easier...and so we stay positive and hope for the best ...there´s no harm in that and also helps others when they get to see someone still keeps being excited about every new day we have...we are alive, we try to stay healthy and happy...every new day we have here brings lotsa happiness in the form of approvals to somebody who was waiting for their approval as long as we are...so it´s good...I suppport others and hope they get their NOA2s really soon (us included hehe) kicking.gif kicking.gif kicking.gif kicking.gif kicking.gif

The worst I've ever been treated as an American was in France, and even then it was just general rudeness (sorry to promote that stereotype, but it was true in my case). Mostly I think we bring it on ourselves. Whenever I'm abroad, I cringe when I hear an American accent. We are loud, animated, and we have to make fun of everything that's different from what we're used to. Taking the tube one time in London, there were 2 Americans sitting in the seat across from me. They were yapping in fake British accents and just thought they were so funny when they made fun of the various British differences. Everyone in the car could hear them, and it was embarrassing.

The best I've ever been treated was Scotland. I've found that most places in Europe are pretty good to Americans, despite our behavior. Especially if you at least make an attempt to speak the language. I was treated with slight disdain in Moscow, but the people in Kazan and Yoshkar-Ola treated me like a long lost relative.

I was always treated well in Portland. laughing.gif

Hehe Moxie tongue.gif the thing with the French might not be that they have problems with Americans but they seem to have problems with everybody. I know some French language but just a little bit and wouldn´t dare speaking it yet. Though I can understand some if I try really hard tongue.gif So we were in France and nobody was serving the breakfast in the hotel. There was the sign there to go ask the receptionist. So we went to ask the receptionist and ofcourse I spoke English to her cuz mostly everybody learns English in France (they just like to pretend they don´t understand you or if they understand you they pretend they can´t speak it or I dunno what to think about them). And also you expect people in the hotel to speak English (at least the receptionist! lol). Ofcourse she understood me...but she was rude enough to answer in French. Which got me pretty upset but we just went to do what she told us to do and didn´t say anything. Then I decided that when we wanna check out I speak to her in my native language which is Czech. Maybe we would walk out without paying cuz she wouldn´t understand us lol tongue.gif Anyways she wasn´t there anymore sad.gif There was some other guy who was nice enough to check us out and spoke English to us. That was dissapointing hehe tongue.gif Well next time I will be faster than them biggrin.gif Just wanted to say that sofar about 95% of the French I met were rude like this. Like they think their country is so big that they never cross the border or what? I live in the center of Europe and so I am used to crossing all kinds of borders all the time and people speak various languages everywhere and if we need something we try to use English first cuz it´s expected that most people learn it as a second language or something. Then we might even find out we understand each other while speaking the native languages. Just the French are different with this and I don´t like it. Well maybe I just didn´t go to the right places or I dunno wink.gif But I certainly didn´t feel welcome there...

Germany...was there 5 years ago with my fiance visiting with friends and being tourists...had a great time! Hope you have fun with your friends while you're there smile.gif
