Problem is...everyone high-tails it and runs! Most don't come back to even post they have an interview date. But that's okay. I go through them all in the members lists, one by one, and if their timelines are updated, I update my list here. SO the one above is the latest and most accurate. Praying for all of you in blue! Don't be discouraged... waited on mine two months THEN received a date on the last day of the following month! But now I see that it all worked out as God planned and even though I couldn't see my future, he could. If the interview would have been sooner, I would not have been able to fly over and be with my husband. So Thank God for all...He does know what is best for you, your spouse and your situation. A family in my town was in similar bind, they found assitance for free utilities, whisch seems to have helped them through the drought. We got approval letter from USCIS on April 23 and the NVC STILL doesn't have our case. I call every day, always hear "wait a few more days." I've been waiting 2 months for something that is supposed to take 15 days. We've had NVC research look it up, and my congressman. My wife's in Ukraine and this is so stressful on both of us. So any secrets anyone has to speed this up or at least keep us filled with hope would be much appreciated. You said wife is in Ukraine? However, the US Consulates require these to see, in advance, if you can meet the requirements of the I-864 Affidavit which will come after the visa recipient arrives in the US and changes status. US Embassy and Consulate Discussion	Information Packet	This question has probably been answered before but I cant find it. Is it possible to complete the consulate information packet even before the NOA2 is done and forwarded to the consulate? We are wanting to get her physical, and police check, and pay the fees now so when they do get the visa packet at the consulate we can just call right away and schedule the interview rather than waiting until after the packet is finished and then calling to schedule the interview. Is there any rule against this or any expiration dates on these forms we need to be concerned about? Lena had everything ready to go, and as soon as consolate got I129, she made appointment for medical the day before interview. The only reason to maybe go to anoter clinic "prior" to Kiev would be to make sure all immunizations are current.
