PhilippinesWhat Your Blood Type Says About Your Personality
What Your Blood Type Says About Your Personality?

Type O
You are the social butterflies. Often popular and self-confident, you are very creative and always seem to be the center of attention. You make a good impression on people and you’re often quite attractive. Organized and determined, your stubbornness will help you reach your goals. You make good leaders. Lovewise, O is most compatible with O and AB. Common career choices: banker, politician, gambler, minister, investment broker, and pro athlete.

Type A
Type As may seem calm on the outside, but inside, you’re filled with anxiety and worry. You’re perfectionists and often shy and sensitive. Usually introverted, you’re stable and thoughtful. You make good listeners and are sensitive to color and your surroundings. You like to be fashionable and are up on the latest trends, but never flashy or gaudy. You like romantic settings and often shun reality for fantasy worlds. A is most compatible with A and AB in the love department. Common career choices: accountant, librarian, economist, writer, computer programmer, and gossip columnist.

Type B
You can be very goal-oriented and often complete the ambitious tasks set before you. Outgoing and very charming, you’re good at reading people and providing support. Though critical of appearance (but not your own), you aren’t picky and are unlikely to dwell over the little things. Type Bs are impulsive individualists who often create their own path in life. You are very strong and optimistic. B is most compatible with B and AB lovers. Common career choices: cook, hairdresser, military leader, talk show host, and journalist.

Type AB
Not surprisingly, ABs can be quite dualistic, possessing both A and B traits. You may be shy and outgoing, and hesitant and confident. You often stand out from others, don’t like labels, and are nice and easy going. You are logical and determined to do things correctly. Usually trustworthy, you like to help others. You often speak in a serious manner. Your patience, concentration, and intelligence are admirable. AB can find a soul mate with any other blood type. Common career choices: bartender, lawyer, teacher, sales representative, and social worker.

PhilippinesPOEM TO OUR LOVE ONES
I made this for my wife while she was still in PI.

I LOVE EVERYTHING ABOUT YOU!!!
I love your eyes, I love your laugh, I love your smile.
You stole my heart, you should be on trial.
I love your sweetness, I love your kindness, I love that you're honest.
I will love you and cherish you forever, this I will promise.
I love the touch of your skin and the feel of your kiss.
Since meeting you, I found that true love exists.
I hope you are able to see how special you are.
You have blessed my life, even from afar.
You fill my life with happiness and joy every single day.
I can't believe GOD put you 9,174 miles away.
I promise to love you and give you the world.
Who knows, maybe even twins, a baby boy and a baby girl.
Spending my life with you is all that matters.
Once we're together we will live happily ever after.

PhilippinesWhen I grow up I want to be.......
When I was 4, I really wanted to be a teacher. Then I realized, I don't wanna grow old wearing those big 'Ms. Minchin' glasses that my teacher wore those days.
When I was 7, I wanted to be a dentist. Only to realize how hard it is to pull someone else's teeth.
When I was 16 graduating from HS, I ended up wanting to be a nurse. Kasi, I thought walang math sa Nursing only to be frustrated na meron pala. headbonk.gif
Tsaka yun ang sikat during my HS days. Kagalang-galang ka kasi tingnan. Hehe

Would it hurt my fiance's chances to request an interpreter at the interview? She is much more comfortable speaking her language and isn't as likely to get confused. Do they look down upon this?

My fiancee had a interpreter and had problems as things can get mixed up in the process.
Better without one. Especially in the Philippines where most speak good English. COs can question how you communicate if you don't speak her language.

That is what I was afraid of. Thank you.

How do you advise that she handles questions she doesn't understand. Sometimes when I ask her a simple question she totally doesn't understand.

I asked her "How did your fiance ask you to marry him?" She didn't understand what I meant by that. I was wanting her to tell the story of our engagement but she misunderstood. I am a little worried for her. She is shy (but sweet) and gets very nervous. Any advice would be a God send.

I suggests that if your fiancee gets confused with the questions, she may ask the interviewer to repeat the questions until she finally figures it out.

wow, well just kept on practicing question and answer portion with her...and being with her on interview thats nice but i guess she will being asked so she needs to answer.....

Shang is right better start practicing the CO will ask questions much confusing. I hope the CO will interview her is nice for sure CO will ask how you two fell inlove if she can't understand and speak simple english

She speaks English well. We talk on the phone ever day for an hour. She just gets confused and misunderstands things. She 2nd guesses herself.

I agree with Haole - get an affidavit from not only the midwife, but from as many people as possible (teachers, school principals, college professors, gov't officals).

The list of items they want, they surely know she can't obtain it all so all they are saying is build a case for yourself.

Do we wish document verification was still around? (not sure DV would have helped, but, see, now they have reason to look more closely)

If the midwife is still alive. In my case, the traditional 'hilot' is already dead. So I ended up showing my baptismal certificate.
Good Luck!

Thanks

1 year is too much. From what I remembered, a staff from St. Luke's told me not to get pregnant 1 month after receiving the immunizations.

Philippinesvisa?... how many days....?
The whole K1 process would probably take 6-8 months to process.
After you get your medical at St. Lukes and had your interview at the USEM, visa delivery would take within 1 week upon approval or may take more than a week depending on your location. The closer you are in Manila, the faster the visa delivery is.
With the visa pick-up, it depends on your consul officer if he allows it.

Good Luck on your visa journey!

I am deeply frustrated right now after receiving a RFE notice from USCIS about my medical exam.
Turns out to be, all of my medical forms (from St Luke's) was missing!! How the hell could it be missing???
When in fact that I didn't even open my brown envelope and pretty confident that all of my madical papers were in that brown packet.
If I had known that it didn't contain all of the necessary documents that should be in there, I could have thrown it away!!!

Now I have to redo all my medical!!!! How frustrating is that????!!! mad.gif
It wasn't my fault! They should be at least calling the stupid staff at St. Luke's or the people of the Embassy where the hell those papers are!
Rather than us paying the mistake of those stupid people who can't even do their job!!!
We are not financially stable to do this. The whole medical is just insane... crying.gif crying.gif crying.gif crying.gif

Money matters!!what a ripp off...anyways you better call them as other posters suggested and here's a contact numbers of St.Lukes..Relax and good luck!!

St. Luke's Medical Center Extension Clinic (SLMCEC)
Address:
1177 J. Bocobo St.
Ermita, 1000 Manila

Telephone numbers:
(632) 521-0020
(632) 521-8647
(632) 524-6083

Thank you so much for this! We are looking to do any option that we could to skip the 'whole redo medical thing'.
We already had someone from the FBI look on our case and are optimistic that we won't be doing the medical again.
USCIS needs to stop doing this for some innocent applicants who are struggling to file AOS and totally ripping them off
with something that wasn't even the AOS applicant's fault.
They might think that we are the ones who are in need of it and would definitely do everything (paying the mistakes that they did) just to get a GC.

Wow, did you have the CIA look for your medical results as well?

Seems to me if you had a receipt and evidence of paying/ taking the SLEC medical exam, then you paid for RESULTS to be delivered to the USEM. If that did not happen, then they owe you the results, or a FREE exam to get the results that you paid for. Do you have proof to show that you indeed paid/took the exam? Treat this like something you bought at Ayala mall, and now your item is broken or missing from itz box , and now you are returning for a refund because the store failed to deliver what you paid for, sis. good.gif

Haha! Nope.. We knew someone who works from the FBI and probably would shed us some hope and a possible solution to the problem other than doing another maedical..

I appreciate all the replies you had given me, guys!
I would definitely update you once this problem is taken care of.. smile.gif
