That was it. I will update more in much detail in a while. I will give all possible information I can about the interview when I talk to Sao some more. It is the website you can enter your knew number they give you at the NVC to see when your interview date is. But as i have read it's pointless for at least another month for me, But I check it all the same. Today i check it is it says. Case Number: MNLXXXXXXXXXX Visa Classification: K1 St. Luke's Appointment Date: Thursday, September 27, 2007 (7:00:00 AM) Embassy Appointment Date: Friday, October 05, 2007 (7:30:00 AM) WOW I don't know why but god has really been good to me here. USCIS sucked but the rest so far after that has been good. I hope everyone here has the same experience after USICS. Wioombeen Congratulations Wioombeen why is it God so unfair that they're making others so happy and others are super depressed??? It is interesting that I called on 08/03 morning using RFE trick and was told that our case was not assigned to an officer yet; and today found out it was approved on 08/03!!! K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	APRIL Filers!!	needless to say my text didn't go over well because " i should be sleeping at this hour" hehe oh well. 3+ months of nothing and then a touch... that will get you excited! Will somebody please tell me what is a touch? Is it an email notification? Does it show up on the USCIS site as something other than the message "Case Received and Pending" I've seen for months now? I logged in and on my Portfolio page under the "Last Updated" column is 8/3/07. It was a different date last week. Does that mean I got a touch?? I've asked before what being touched means but didn't get an answer. Will somebody educate me? Thank you to all you wonderful people who've been willing to share your stories and help me not feel so alone. My NOA1 date is April 9th and I keep thinking every day the NOA2 will arrive, but nothing yet. Best of luck to everyone this week! I'm beginning to think why I need this stupid country, perhaps we can settle somewhere in Europe and live together just fine. Yeah another week gone without anything...lets see this coming week.. I know it is frustrating just sitting and waiting, but this is the process. Just be patient and before you know it, you will get your NOA2. The important thing is to remain positive.
