My A# was changed on my 129f about 2 weeks before I got approved. Today I recieved and email that my 130 was shipped to the NVC. But I didn't get one stating the 129f was shipped.  I checked the USCIS website and both the petitions were in the post decision activity stage. Maybe they only ship one to the NVC? Who knows?

Just got the approval email and immediately ran to the USCIS site to see it with my own eyes!
 
April 11 PD
Nov. 19 transfer to CSC
 
updating the spreadsheet as we speak.
 
Interestingly enough tho, they also approved my 129f.  I thought that if the I-130 was approved the other would be the I-129f petition for the K-3 would be cancelled?  Geez...I hope I didn't screw things up for us.  
 
Either way...calling hubby now to tell him the good news! :-) 
 
Just realized today marks EXACTLY 8 months since the NOA1. Crazy. 











I was approved today. Yay! They also approved my 129f. Maybe they just disregard it at NVC. I'm sure it's not going to screw anything up. Most petitioners submitted both. Good luck and keep me posted.

OMG!!!!! So so soooooo happy for you!!!! Our timelines are almost identical and both transferred to NSC!!! Hopefully there will be good news for me soon too. But as we all know there's no logic to how they process so I'll try to contain my excitement for now. I'm truly happy for you and good luck and Merry Christmas! :)

Just received the text and email message!  It has been a long and arduous wait but step one is in the books!  I am going to sleep well tonight! 
 
My case was approved at TSC today so fellow Texas transferees, have faith!  Things are starting to move along.  Thanks to my VJ family!  Sharing our frustrations and celebrations is what has made this process slightly bearable.

Everyone is talking about tha A # being changed. My pd is apr 15th and on May 9th I received an update saying the A# had been changed. When I received the hard copy of my transfer to NSC on nov 15th there was an A# in the box where his name was. Did everyone else get this too and then another A# change right before approval? Or was that the first time it had been changed? Just curios.

A-FREAKING-PPROVED!!!!!!!!!!!! Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh hkldafn ejt;hekthjgndkjs!!!! I'm freakin' out! My husband just called me and I couldn't believe it until I saw it myself online!!! Approvals are coming April!!!!! We were transfered to the CSC on Nov 25, and we got the 3rd email December 2nd, and today approved! Our anniversary was 3 days ago so this is a very nice anniversary present! Updating my timeline and spreadsheet now! Good luck to all my fellow Aprils!

Does ''is now being processed at a USCIS office'' simply mean that it's arrived, or that it's been assigned to someone?

 

 

Sadly, I think it just means it has arrived.  But at least it moved. Its better than we had for the last 8 months, which was a whole lot of nothing!  I'm really trying to stay optimistic here! Seeing these approvals every day is helping.

Ok, here is my timeline;

 

15th April 13   Application received at Phoenix Lockbox
17th April 13   NOA1 issued (form I-797c) assigned to National Benefits Centre, Missouri (MSC). Letter included case nos for I-130 and I-129f
7th May13    Alien Reg no. changed on I-130
14th Nov 13   Transferred to another office (E-mail)
15th Nov 13  Transferred to local office (E-mail)
19th Nov 13  Transferred to a USCIS office for processing (E-mail)
19th Nov 13  Received hard copy of e-mail sent on 19th - including statement that case is being processed at Nebraska
26th Nov 13  Alien reg no changed on I-129f






 

Can anyone shed any light on why the alien no on the I-129f has been changed? (We submitted I-130 and I-129f simultaneously)

Your timeline is almost identical to mine.  Right down to the A# being changed on the129f on Tues Nov. 26th.  And I'm in Nebraska too!  Let's keep our fingers crossed.  Keep me posted and good luck.smile.png

You will probably get another email that says you have been transfered to "another USCIS office".  Then you will recieve a hard copy a few days later in the mail and it will tell you which service center you case went to.  It will also say that if you don't hear something in 60 days to call.  I'm assuming their goal is to have the transfers done within the 60 day time period.

It could take anywhere from 2 weeks to 2 months.  It just depends.  Some people are getting approved quickly and others are waiting a month or more.  I was transfered Nov.14th. I've been waiting 19 days so far. Did you recieve your hard copy in the mail yet? Where were you transfered to? Also, could you please add your info to the april speadsheet if you haven't already done so.

I received the second wave of transfer emails this morning. Glad they are open today. I'm in Costa Rica right now. It's really hot. It's a nice change from the Philadelphia cold weather. Happy to be here with my husband.

hi guys just wanted to let you know our 130 was approved, Im on vacation so really cant udate my profile or type in detail on this computer

 

but I got transferred to california, yesterday I got email that my alien registration # was changed, and today I got email that yesterday my application was approved

 

Im april 10 filer, my last email was on nov 21 that it was the local uscis office....so after they got it, they approved my application in a week time

 

I dont  have any hardcopies as Im on vacation and only get email updates

 

Im only posting this to give hope to people to keep your heads up, I will fill my timeline when Im back from vacation

I spend all my time over analyzing. I noticed that most of the march filets are being approved in an average of 250 days from noa1 to noa2. 8.3 mo. So April filets should start to hear something by mid dec. but there were a few rfe's. I have a friend that went thru this process 2 yrs ago and he said he sent the same documents 2 and 3 times cause they kept losing them. Hope they're not pulling this ####### to slow things down. It's so annoying.

I also didn't tell many people about our marriage. Even the ones I did tell thought he would be coming home with me. It's just too difficult ( and painful ) to keep explaining these things. We're planning another ceremony for family and friends when he finally arrives. A small beach wedding. OMG! I miss him so much.
Ps Does anyone use the viber app to communicate? It's the greatest thing. We just learned of it a few mos ago. U can call and text 4 free. ( u can't see each other though. U need Skype 4 that. ) everyone hang in there!
