US Embassy and Consulate Discussion	Fiancee visa approved since i had my interview on 19 th december	I had my interview on the 19 th december... a very offensive one! It was humiliating ....disgusting ..I am a good looking women and so does my finace! ( ther is a pic on my profile) who loves eachother deeply ! The consular officer was asking me if my family payed my fiance to bring me to usa !!! and vicerversa !!! I think it is soo pathetic and pitfful to depend on someone whos knows nothing about u .. and get treated as if u own them something ...it makes me sick ! After a monosilabic interview( he couldnt stand a positiv answer) i was approved together with a paper( 221? ) and congratulated for my visa and wishing good luck.. meantioning to me( that i could get it only when i turn in the only document that was missing from the file! ... I am a romanian woman living in lebanon( been married and divorced with a lebanese man ) and had no idea that they needed the family abstract( this is the first time i ever heard about such thing) . nevever knew that existed one! I have dropped the document required( including my passport ) at the embassy and i was told to wait for their call .. Well, it's has been more than 2 weeks and no news from them! ...even though we call and email them continuously ...it looks like they didnt not have enough of me but for sure i have enough of them ! I am about to cry...scream and i dont know what else...i am sick and tired ..and soon insane ! i have been through this process for almost 10 months....i feel that they are sucking life out of me! pls forgive me if sound discouraging but just want to share my experience and my feelings! US Embassy and Consulate Discussion	Calling everyone going thru RIYADH Embassy	Hello, I was looking for a topic regarding interviews in KSA..for some reason i couldnt find it .I am glad that there is one now. Today my children had their interview at the embassy in Ryiadh.My husband petitioned for them as a Conditional Green Card .CR2 ...They only interviewed my daughter which is 14 years old...no questions to my son which is 11 years .old..thogh he was present..The interview went smooth except one question which i have found it to be irrelevant to the case ..When the interview was over they didnt say if they were approved or in administrative review ..Nothing..They only say that they will contact them after 2 weeks..I thought i share my children;s experience with you .. K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Process & Procedures	Anybody passed 170 days for NOA2 since filing the K-1 petition?	NO, you are not the only one ..we send our petition on May too and still waiting for our NO2 approval.. Maybe our case was delayed because they requested a second RFE ...fine, they got our reference on the 4 th of october , since then we have been touched almost every day ....but thats all they did! We are thinking on calling USCIS again..i think u should do the same ...Good luck! HI 2 ALL I think i m the only person left who had applied his K1 at the start of MAY and i m still waiting for my NOA2. Is there is anybody left in MAY who still not got his NOA2 like me. Today is 170 passed and i just check my online status and the last email i got was on 31 JULY 2006 since then it seems its just stuck forever. Hello everyone, Anybody got a priority date in their receipt notice (NOA1)? Mine left blank. Does it mean that they will proccess my case whenever they want? I'm a bit worried. K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Process & Procedures	Person(s) named in 14 and 19 who will follow you to the United States at a later date	Well i have been in the same situation like u ..I have named my children in the petition ..mentioning that they are following me at a later date...just like you did..and for some reasons when i wanted to bring my children in the US( after few months from my arrival) the embassy replied to me that the children are not mentioned in the petition..i suggest that at the interview u should make it clear to them that this is what u want to do.. You see, i am not sure but i think the lawyer that we hired forgot to mention the children in the main petition ..the one we filed at USCIS....because i still dont understand how we end up with the situation like this.. However, we were forced to apply for a different type of visa for my children in order for them to be able to come here. K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Process & Procedures	The RFE Master List	On the 14th September we were asked for 2 nd RFE ...however, we got the additional information from our congressman Costello today( God Bless U! ) ....we waited 14 days just to find out that we need to send a certified copy of my fiance divorce papers.... this is all.....Todd and his ex wife forgot to sign the document...hehehe( isnt that funny) the judge did... it will be certified by the court clerk today and he will fed ex everything to USCIS tomorrow..This process its too complex for someone whos purely in love..What a waste of time.........they are playing with our hearts and our brains!!! ...Waiting..waiting ...waiting....i hate this word!
