The reason it is so easy to be happy for all the approvals that are happening is because we all know how hard it is to love our partners from far away and to wait patiently to be with them. K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Process & Procedures	Customer Service Grrrrrr	I am getting to the point were I am going to send a letter to someone about it. I am not sure who yet maybe the president haha. It is so unprofessional when you think about. - 7 days processing in Vermont and I am waiting 140 days (NSC/CSC)and my fiance and I have work security clearances, work for the government and are from alied countries. - Workload across processing centres needs to be equally distributed. - CSC is sending double approvals or not at all in some cases. - the call centre is pathetic and a lot of customer service operators play GOD.	girlfrmoz	Female	Australia	2006-11-04 23:08:00

K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Process & Procedures	Customer Service Grrrrrr	Hi Mel, They asked for the photocopy of the information page in my Australian passport (they must have lost it cause we sent it with the I-129). K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Process & Procedures	Customer Service Grrrrrr	Hi All, Our 2nd RFE was received on 30 Oct and with all the approvals I decided to call Customer Service to see what's going on.....bad idea. I know, I know I should be more patient. It's just that my fiance may be deployed again in the new year and I want to spend as much time as I can with him before he goes. Anyway, because I am the ALIEN and not the petitioner I was given the run around. Yes, I had the receipt number. I was told that I had to wait until the process is complete and she could give me no details on where the case is up to oh and the best bit was, she said it's just bad luck if my fiance goes and we don't get the K1 in time. She said we can't expedite the case and so I said, that's not what it says on the website. I thought it was pretty unhelpful really. Sorry I am venting, just frustrated. I'll be quiet now! It's amazing that some people are getting 2 approvals (which a lot have said on VJ) and stuff ups with the email and other people like me are just waiting for even a touch.....CSC is so inefficient makes me laugh. K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Process & Procedures	FINALLY got approved NOA2 is no longer a dirty word	Hi All, We finally got approved today yes, the famous NOA2. Only 165 days from when we sent it....and we only got 3 email from CRIS so I hope they haven't stuffed mailing it to NVC. Hey, but I am so happy, we are all very lucky. Isn't it amazing how much weight and stress is lifted once you get this far. I was going nuts yesterday. My fiance is away on military training and he called me today...15mins after we got off the phone we were approved....grrrrr. I can't call him now he is back out training so have to wait until I hear from him again probably another week. I am bursting to tell him and it's making me miss him more....oh well at least we got it. Thank you to all of you for support and assistance. I am enjoying being a part of the big VJ family.
