To my love....This is just one less day away from us being together forever!!! So it will come and pass quickly but we will have our lives together always. Middle East and North Africa	Tips and Techniques for Handling "The Wait"	We talk everyday before he goes to sleep. We talk about our plans in the future such as, we are going to have OUR Valentines day when I get there and going camping in the mountains in Summer. I have moved in with my parents until I leave so I can spend time with them. I hang out alot with my friends. I wasn't sleeping before the interview so started to buy fiction books to read before sleep. That has helped me relax at night because I read for my job. I eat chocolate which always helps. Walk a lot and packing is now taking up a lot of my time. You don't realise how much stuff you have until you have to pack it up! Some days are good and some days I miss him so so much that i get tears but, it is important to remember that if you can get through this process you can get through anything and we tell each other that everytime it gets hard.	girlfrmoz	Female	Australia	2007-02-16 03:41:00
IR-1 / CR-1 Spouse Visa Process & Procedures	Vaccinations to be taken	I just had my medical and before I got the packet 3. I had proof of infant immunisation for most things and he ordered a blood test to check immunity for those I didn't have proof of eg, I had chicken pox when I was a child but had no proof as they destroy medical records in the state I lived after 7yrs. Anyway, my doctor said he will tell me what i need when he gets the test back and he needs the case number from packet 3. He will then advise me on what i need. I know I am not covered for Hep B so I will start that series of injections next week. As long as you have them done by AOS you are ok. OK my question.......My fiance and I are going through the Nebraska SC for our I-129F and I understand that USCIS don't always update their website processing times so I checked out the AILA site. What I don't get is that the AILA site report on processing says that NSC K1’s are processed through CSC and on the USCIS site it has NSC dates for processing K1’s. Which is true? I work for an Australian Government organisation have security clearances and my fiance is US military why does it take so long if the case is so straight forward like ours. Instead we get an email saying that my fiance will receive a letter asking for additional evidence or information. I am so frustrated with this process. My fiance and I are both government workers so i thought it would be fairly straight forward. Has anyone got one of these letters or an email like this. Does anyone know what sorts of things they ask for? Maybe they want a letter of support?? We had heaps of evidence that we met and are communicating all the time. The other thing they asked for which I think they lost was the photocopy of my photo and info as it appears in my passport. We got asked for additional information (aka 2nd RFE), they just wanted photos and my passport photo. My fiance has just sent it in so my question is, has anyone had any experiences of how long it takes USCIS to make a decision (NOA2) after a 2nd RFE. Are they fast?? I guess like everyone the waiting gets hard. I have just come back from visiting my man and I am hoping it will be a fast decision. Any info would be greatly appreciated. They made a mistake	Can you imagine what the backlog would be like if they had to chage the status to 'expedited' on every case they made a mistake on? (seriously, at this point, they have been moving so quick once they receive the RFE's you might actually delay your case by trying to get it expedited) Bill My God!!!
