The K-1 is only for fiance(e) to marry in the USA - that is the requirement. You cannot marry in the UK on a K-1 and enter the USA and adjust status. You will need to go the spousal visa rout if you seriously are set on marrying in the UK. Part B is information all about the immigrant not the USC. You can do the forms on the computer or write them by hand or do both hand and computer typing. It does not matter as long as they can read it. For 18 you only need to be to the point, 1-2 lines you don't need a whole lifes story in that section. There really is no fast way in this process. The K-1 is going to cost more than a spousal visa. The spousal visa gets her a green card on entry so she could work right away the K-1 does not do that. You have to make sure you have priority's straight when choosing what you are doing with the visa routs. The co-sponsor needs to make 125% of the poverty guidelines for their family + you. Make sure you research AOS because you cannot start working until you have the EAD or green card in your hand. AOS is filed after marriage once in the USA and it takes 3-4 months to get an EAD after filing AOS so you need to add on the time it takes you to marry and file for AOS to the 3-4 month wait time for the EAD card. We're cancelling the order and, because it's quicker, my fiancée's family is making a withdrawal on their account and we're using a money order from them to make the payment. Apparently it's possible to sign the order even though it came from another account, as the order has basically been bought already. From a US account in the USA right? if not it wont be accepted. Thats the big problem right there, it should have at least been paper clipped to the page behind it. My suggestion of it falling out and not being seen/getting lost is 100% possible. We are in the first stage and I want to send everything out immediately that is why I want a copy. I am asking the lawyer to send a scanned copy and mail the original to my fiance since he is being annoyingly ridiculous about going to my fiance's home town. His latest excuse was "its raining i'm not coming out". I am just so happy I never got a lawyer for our K-1 process or I'd be dealing with this type of stuff. At my interview they required 2 new statements of intent from both of us, new wording with original signatures. They also do cross checks of names and people that are similar to the beneficiary if any pop up. - AP can take a few months to a year. They have no required time or set time to complete it. If the doctor finds something questionable on the Xray or during the exam they have the power to withhold your results until you see a specialist / get confirmation that you are not seriously ill.
