I may have encountered a problem..., my fiancé in the us has my computer and we communicate all the time via magicjack.. Now I made the magicjack a local number for me here so there is no long distance charges, I've had this phone and records of calling it everyday for over a year.. Should m fiancé front load with evidence of ongoing relationship or not? I know it isn't required, but since Im from Canada and have never taken an airplane ... I always drive to see him... The only proof we've been together in past two years is... Obviously the birth of our child which was in tHe is. Ez pass transcripts of me driving to and from his city in the us A couple of photos of us together ... Like maybe three of them.. Also have plane tickets from when we took a vacation together... Just go http://www.uscis.gov/portal/site/uscis and paste the code into the CASE STATUS Enter your receipt number box, then press check. See if that works. ~~~ How does one know when the case is "touched"? You find out touches by signing in and making an account. The very thing you tell people not to do. Anyways OP - its VERY common to never be able to look at the case status online. It happens to a lot of people. Most of the time even if you can get on to see the case it never updates or it updates incorrectly. This is why you cannot rely on the online case status update system. We sent only 25 pictures with the I-129F. There are some people who send A LOT of pictures for certain countrys that are more difficult to get through the visa process with. K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Process & Procedures	Medical Exam / Vaccines	The medical exam is valid only for a year - To AOS the medical needs to be valid or you will pay out your A-- in the USA to get a new medical. If you get the medical early and things take long then you will have issues with the medical possibly expiring. Some places require an A# or letter from the USEM to be able to even book the medical. She can try to visit the USA during the process but its not always possible. K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Process & Procedures	CSC What are you doing!?!?!?!	Filing the I-129F will slow down the process because they have to match it up to the 130 and then process them both together. Missing this may mean you missed more. 3, and the 131 if you think of traveling or have an emergency and need to leave before you have the green card. 4, no fee for the SScard, you fill the forms out and sit around until they say you will get it in the mail in a few weeks. Even with a K-1 it will be allright but as I said before: Contact between the 2 is most important. If someone is excited to have a child and they want to write that, they write that. They share the happy news that they have. Its nothing about an EGO. If they met and became pregnant soon into the relationship before filing and are excited there is NOTHING wrong with putting that in the explanation if they want to put it. However, Inky IN THE COVER LETTER it would/could be stated if wished too. information asked on the forms how you met and your intentions is what is asked for on the Initial Forms. I previously said: No need to involve information not asked for but it will come-up. The pregnancy can be disclosed in the cover letter. No attachments are needed since pregnacy is not an issue to the approval. /and or required on a 129-f Petition. There not looking for a life story yet. It does not matter, if the OP wants to list or someone wants to list they have a child on the way they can list it. Its their choice not your opinion on if they should or shouldn't. It is not required no, but if they want to put it then they very well can put it in the packet in whatever way they want to. The person can list it in the cover letter, in a personal letter or in the question about how you met/when you met in person. I didn't see anywhere specific to do that when I filled mine out (although I wasn't looking for this specifically) but it seems she is passionate about including it. Any thoughts, ideas or recommendations to her to incorporate it? One would write this on the question of how you met when you give background information or one would include a personal letter. The I-94 expires in 90 days after entry, when that expires he basically has no status. The medical is around $200 if you have no extra shots to get ( extra shots cost a lot !! unless you get them at your regular doctor ) The Visa interview fee is $350 USD. AOS fee after marriage is $1070 USD. (not including the cost of passport photos and photocopys etc needed for the package) Needs to be filed soon as possible after marriage. Our license and wedding at the court house cost us $75 USD Getting my car plated and registered was around $375 USD Getting drivers license was around $26 USD Crossing the land border cost $6 USD cash for the I-94. You don't have to list life insurance you can leave it blank You don't have to list cash surrender you can leave it blank You don't have to list real estate you can leave it blank.
