Hey all I cried reading this you all...I really needed to hear it! I make 16,232 approx to 16890 is what we figured WITHOUT overtime tonight...THAT is over the 14,000 aka 100% for 2 people and SOOOOO close to 17500. GRRR BUT I can make overtime and that happens about every other month...I have some checks that DO show the OT It puts me OVER the 17500 so she said she will change the letter to state that I will make over 17500 with OT which she is happy to give me. I MIGHT have a job for 12 to 15 hours a week. SO CROSS your fingers...I KNOW it will burn me OUT BUT i have to do what I have to do. ALSO I have a question. I have not worked except starting last year for WAY over 10 years due to that accident SO I have a REALLY low tax return and amount... I do not have ANYONE to be a Co sponser now AT all and lord knows I asked I do still get SSI for 572 a month until I make OVER 18500. Some folks SAY you can count it AND others say no... I PRAY they do not say WELL your tax return is BS and guess what because YOU dont have a super long work history its a no go...I am so lost right now I want to SCREAMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMM Have you heard back from the Embassy as to 100% or 125%? Regarding the SSI...count it, IMO you get it so it is revenue in. Regarding not having a long work history, you can prove the reason you didn't work and the fact as soon as you can you did...that has to count for something. Perhaps if you show your son-in-law the paperwork required for AOS including the I-864 affidavit of support and explain that it is that one that is legally binding and not the I-134 you are asking him to complete. Also, I'm pretty sure the I-864 is legally binding, which you'd need after marriage. Someone correct me if I'm wrong! I wish you guys all the best in figuring this stuff out and hope for a lot more approvals today! As for me, I'm off to take a very dreaded nursing exam. Yikes! Good luck with the exam. Only the USC can have address details changed by USCIS over the phone, the beneficiary has to have change of address details put in writing by petitioner and posted in. I wish it was as easy as just to ask them to approve you at the same time they have your file out...if this was the case everyone would be doing it. Have you or Kai contacted the Embassy he will have his interview at to see what guidelines they go by, will they accept 100% or must it be 125%?? I contacted them so waiting for a reply back...WISH US LUCK because we need it..im scared I would lose him over this but he said NOPE it will only make us stronger baby...How the hell did I get so lucky! He couldnt go back to work and he had thought it would be ok to. He stayed on MSN with my oldest daughter most of the day and said that he now knows how I have felt when he has had to leave , he said it is to quiet at his flat now , he said it was hard going back without me being there. I've sat thru phone calls of my SO crying cus she missed me that much, so I know how it feels, I haven't seen her for almost 7/months and probably will not until she gets approved... but you on the other hand have had 2 visits and quite lengthy ones as where alot of ppl that got approved or still waiting haven't seen their SO for a long time, but yet you make it seem likes it's so unfair other ppl are getting approved before you.... you should be happy that you @ least have seen each other a couple times already while waiting on your petition to get approved... Anyways, we should all just support ALL the JULY filers and wish them speedy approval whether we've been approved yet or not... cus reading a couple of the post after I posted about my approval kinda made me wish I didn't even post about my approval... but then again, someone would of moaned about how come no one is getting approved and start ripping into USCIS for not working fast enough cus no one is posting about getting approved... Ok, that's the end of my rant, cus I can BEST WISHES TO EVERYONE AND HOPING EVERYONE GETS APPROVED SOON!!!!! Ingats lage!!! Soooo just to clarify IYO if circumstances have allowed you to see your SO during the petition process this stops your right to moan at the unfair way that applications are approved?? IMO It is human nature to whilst being pleased that someone has the NOA2 to feel insanely jealous that it's not yourself. There is support in abundance in this thread for ALL the JULY filers, but freedom of speech does allow us to voice our opinions whilst they may not be everyones opinions. I found the jackpot at ~$125 one night, but they were out of stock (and now removed from their site ) . I keep staring at these two bands, but hoping I can find something under $200 and in white gold: Gorgeous! White gold pink sapphire & diamond band < the price = ouch Rose Gold pink sapphire band < the rose gold = :/ Edit: I guess I should mention... I'm obsessed with the pink ring thing because of Andy. I was always an anti-pink gal, until he and I made a joke out of it in an online game we played (coloring each other's tanks pink in a war game). It ended up becoming our color (and I'm his pink sharky), so nothing would remind me more of him than a pink wedding band. Both of those are really pretty. Found an auction website for jewellery - bidz.com, not sure if its any good but some of the prices were really reasonable. I'm going to drag Rob to the shops over Christmas to try and get our rings.
