K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Process & Procedures	whoaw! now i am confused	We had kind of the same thing happen. Basically they haven't done anything with your petition except acknowledge it's at the service center. Once someone opens up the envelope, they will process the check. When they notice it is over the amount you will receive an RFE that your application has been suspended and you need to send the correct filing fee in a certain amount of time, for us it was two weeks. The notice will have a number you can call to pay by credit card over the phone with an agent, or you can mail another check. After the correct payment is made, they continue processing your petition. You will receive another NOA showing proper payment was received on X/X/X date and the process has continued. K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Process & Procedures	whoaw! now i am confused	hello again VJers... 2 weeks ago my fiance sent our package to USCIS for K1 petition, then we found out that our check was over by 10 dollars, then we didn't get anything in 2 weeks nor get the package back since they said they will return the package because our check is over by 10usd, i asked my fiance to call USCIS today to ask what happen, the guy told to my fiance that our paper is under review, i don't know what he mean by that under review (sorry guys i just really don't understand) and that we have to call in 2 weeks so that we will know if it is approved or denied or have rfe,and that they will send message also by email and mail, my fiance told the guy how will that happen because we don't have NOA1 plus our check is not yet in cashed. i don't really understand what is going on with our case, i am confused i will ask him again to call again next week, i have a friend also that didn't have NOA1 and NOA2 but have case number already, this is really confusing does anyone of you guys experienced something like this?	hcdt	Female	Philippines	2011-11-19 07:20:00

K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Process & Procedures	Help with Medical???	in Jamaica the vaccinations are not included in the medical price they are in addition to the price. Our medical costs $8,400 JA ($100US) at Andrews Hospital in Kingston and if he needed any shots it would have been added on to that I believe that that shots were anywhere between $3,000-$5,000 extra each... wow really? i didn't know that... medical here in the Phil. is only over 200usd and the shots/vaccinations is included in that over 200usd whew!	hcdt	Female	Philippines	2011-11-19 23:21:00

We are still waiting on NOA2 so as such our medical and interview are still far away (probably March). Should we still wait to begin the vaccination process? Or since we have so much time before the interview should be begin the vaccination process? K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Process & Procedures	2nd interview:VO said i dont wanna handle your case anymore!!!!	yesterday was my 2nd interview,1st one was in france, coz fo my residence will be finished, so i transfer my case back to china and yesterday i went to that interview, was a american man,he only ask me 2 question 1: when did you back to china ( Oct-3) 2: did he come to china to see u after you r here ? ( no, i was only back here for 1 month,no chance) then ok, we cant give you the visa, and your case will be send back to uscis then i asked: so you deny me !? VO; no, not deny, send back to uscis i dont wanna handle your case anymore me: can i continue this petition? THANK YOU SO MUCH! this is such a relief. yes, i have been hearing about the psych evaluation, and im really looking forward to taking them. i can only hope for the best. wow, so you have scars too. dont worry, we will be fine! even better! God is with us. I NEED THOUGHTS PLEASE!	hi sis, i heard lots of filipina that has same case as you have, what they do at St.lukes they will make you do the psychiatric evaluation to complete your medical, don't worry, everything will be ok, i have 11 scars on my left wrist and i am worried too, but i have to face and deal with it... it will take more days, usually medical here in the Philippines only takes 2 days to get the result, if they will send you for psychiatric evaluation you have to wait if when they are going to give schedule, one of my friend got her medical result in over 10 days because she had to do the evaluation... but now she is now in U.S , i know you will be fine don't be too nervous...	hcdt	Female	Philippines	2011-11-26 07:10:00

K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Process & Procedures	Please Help!	Hi everyone! Just got my VISA APPROVAL this morning. And for everyone waiting for my interview result... Yeeeyyy! For the info of everyone, it wasn't a big deal i think for them, both the filipino interviewer and the American CO. They didn't even asked me about it. The American CO didn't even looked at our pictures. He just asked for my daughter's CRBA and US Passport. He even said "hello!" to my daughter's picture in her passport which made me laugh. And then that was it. No more other necessary questions made. He did all the talking. To end the interview, he just said, "well, i can see that both of you are free to marry, so you have 90 days to do this." But I still wasn't convince with what he said, so I asked, "what will I tell my fiance now sir?" He smiled and said, "Tell him, you're visa has been approved. You're going to be together soon, so see you." Upon hearing that, I laughed and replied, "thank you so much sir. It was a pleasure meeting you." K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Process & Procedures	Approved and Confused!!!	I will write more about the interview later because I am currently experiencing a bad headache. Anyway, after the interview, the consul told me "Alright, everything looks good. Please be seated and wait for your number to be called on the next window where you can anticipate the approval of your visa." So my number was called, and the filipino guy on the other window just told me to wait for my visa to be delivered. I did not fill out a shipping form, the woman in front of me wasn't given a form either. They kept my passport though. I am guessing they get the shipping info from my appointment letter? I remember from the website where I scheduled my appointment, there was an option of home delivery and I checked it. Has anyone experienced this before? But more importantly, is my visa approved?? The new US Embassy Manila looks nice by the way. Wouldn't you think it would look like to him there is a problem with your relationship, maybe you are not so committed if you waited a year to submit it ? It MIGHT raise an unnecessary flag even if the paper work is in order.. don't risk it. If you are serious about filing, get a recently signed one oppossed to one that is a year old. K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Process & Procedures	please i need you help VJ members	hello again dear VJ members, i am so confused what is going on with our case, last November 2011 we sent our package and the same month USCIS rejected our package because of the over payment, so on December 2011 we sent back our package with the proper amount, and on January 4th 2012 we got out noa1 and on the 6th my fiance checked his bank account and they in cash our check, now, just few mins ago i received an email from uscis that on February 6th 2012 they found out that our package was not properly filed because the check is not signed, so they rejected our package again for 2nd time around, but how come my fiance have a record that they already in cash the check and we have our noa1 already stating which service center they forwarded our case, i am so confused, can someone please enlightened me... i read that Dallas lockbox will reject those application with over payment or there is something wrong with the check or money order, if there was wrong with our check why would Dallas lockbox forward our package to CSC? and they in cash it too, but on their website it is saying they rejected it last Feb. 6th 2012? my head is really turning now my fiance said he signed the check, i don't know what is going on...	hcdt	Female	Philippines	2012-02-11 07:41:00

Please review the form instructions for fee information.
