IR-1 / CR-1 Spouse Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	November 2014 Interviews	I guess what Im mainly worried about is being able to do both things the same day, the medical examination and the biometrics ( fingerprints)  Does anyone kow how I can get ahold of the office that does the biometrics? So I can verify whether I need an appointment or not and the hours they are available to do the fingerprints     Really don't push it like that, you just might regret it.  Can you take a few days vacation time or is that what your already doing.  It would really be worth it. I just received my interview letter for November 14th which is a Friday, I have to work on the 11th (Tuesday) So I would like to plan on flying to Ciudad Juarez on the 12th which I would arrive around 3:30 so that day I wouldn't be able to do anything productive, but then I would have to do both my medical examination and the biometrics (fingerprints) on the 13th. I am just wondering if that is pushing it or if it is doable without any issues.   Ciudad is known to be a very dangerous city especially for women traveling alone, so I would rather my wife not going alone but to travel with me on the 12th, any suggestions would be very appreciated, I would like to buy the plane tickets but Im very undecided on whether to travel together or not.   Thank you in advance     It's important you travel together specially when coming into the USA with a green card/Visa for the first time with everything I have read.  Be with her. IR-1 / CR-1 Spouse Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	November 2014 Interviews	My case shows as "in transit" on the CEAC website. Also, I requested the physician in my city to schedule a medical three days back and he has scheduled me for Monday, October 20. I am leaving for another city for a wedding and will ask whether I can have my medical on Saturday or after I am back from the wedding. Meanwhile, I took DT and flu shot from my primary physician. Something went wrong and my arm was in excruciating pain and couldn't raise it. I am now on a painkiller. Another thing is, of the two shots, the flu shot was way more expensive than what the US physician is charging.     Oh my, poor baby what an idiot, obviously didn't know how to give a shot.   I hope you feel better very soon sweet heart. I had 291 pages I submitted with my petition at USCIS and I had rubber stamp made that had both our full names on it. So all pages stamp.   At NVC I got the rubber stamp made with case# and yes all 1975 pages were stamped. hehe   It was a labor of love. Oh the memories. I still call NVC just to hear the on hold voice.   I need       Hahahaaa I almost peed my pants.      No Waybill for Egypt I actually think they do one interview per month if that. Then you will scroll down under immigrant information, it will be like this     Immigrant Visa Information Visa Information Check My Petition Status Fiancé (e) visa (?1/?2, ?3/?4) DS-260 Information Track & Retrieve My Passport Visa Wait Times Select Document Delivery Address Application Pending Further Action   Just click on Select document delivery address, once you click this. it will take you to this page   More Actions To register your document delivery return address online, click here. To change your current document delivery address selection, click here. It's been 33 days since case complete and 11 days since they scheduled the interview. As far as I can tell, we have the earliest UK CC date but the latest UK November interview date on the spreadsheet. Everything that could have gone wrong at NVC has gone wrong for us. I expect the embassy in London will have an emergency shutdown on November 21st and a volcano will erupt shortly thereafter in Iceland.     Hahaaa your too funny! Do ihave to take i-864 foum to the interview ? Do i have to take the PETITIONER birth certificate ? Do i have to take FEDERAL INCOME TAX INFORMATION ? Photocopy or original ????????? I sooo confused sooo any one helppppp ???     Koko it's better to be prepared take a copy of anything and everything you can get your hands on. Since they have your originals just take Copies and since it is Egypt if you can take a new police certificate they are easy to get and better to be safe than sorry.   and no you don't need Petitioners birth certificate but if you want you can take a copy of it, it's up to you.      I do believe you have to take the P4 letter but others can help you better there.  Much luck my friend will be praying all goes well for you. IR-1 / CR-1 Spouse Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	November 2014 Interviews	I think this is the part I'm most nervous about I have hospital notes and a letter from my GP about my DVT but the GP's letter is from January this year and the hospital notes are from 2010 and 2011 when the event happened. I bet they tell me to get my GP to fax them over a more up to date letter. More bloody money down the drain since he charges £35 for letters   Also if they start squeezing my leg where it happened, I might have to hit them.      Hahahaa if so please have someone filming! If that is the case then the sky is the limit as to how long it would take to conclude. I'm actually encouraged by what happened to our old VJ buddy INDIM. His AP was resolved on Day 61 and already made it through his POE... Just had a PM response from him the other day.   I hope Betsy will come through for you, dear, before the week is over. Hold your chin up and drink that bug juice that Austin prescribed for you on the other thread.        Wow how pathetic they would put you of all people in AP, I hope and pray your wrong and it's what scares me the most with my situation.  Everything has gone wrong so AP would just be the last straw.         Not sure about the bug juice hehehee and thank you so much I hope Betsy can help in some way also, I'll let you know. My case stayed in "In Transit" for 12 days when DHL delivers NVC shipments to Kuwait in 2-3 days! Furthermore, ceac was never updated after I hand-delivered the requested 221(g) document on Sep 25th. I had to send an email two days ago with the document attached for fear it never reached the CO.     Geeeeeez any news on that MoBar?  They just have way to much power over us, it's just not right. I'm wondering if anyone else has the same confusion: the letter details the documents we need to bring, and there are none. Not a one is listed as I, P, S, T, etc.   Is all the advice on VJ to bring originals and copies just because this process is so f$%^#d up from the start that we don't trust State any farther than we can throw them?   If so, the wasted time and energy we expend in this process must be counted in the trillions of dollars.   And yes, of course my husband will bring originals and copies of everything, DNA samples, candy wrappers from 1998, etc.      I, P, S, T?  Huh what is that and happy your well on your way DNA test and all	Soloenta	Female	Egypt	2014-10-08 18:10:00
