This journey would take a long time, and we can't afford to be rejected. K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Process & Procedures	hi friends	just confused...is this for the application? or for the interview? do not submit original important documents for the application like BC and other personal and important doc. They might loose it and denied they have received it. that was what we had thought but if u like to get another original copies of them, it's ok...u can give out those orig.. for the interview, make copies of the important documents..and submit copies along with originals you want to be returned to u. do not send them to the embassy, u have to bring them along during the interview. goodluck	felnfrank	Female	0	2006-12-07 22:01:00

Don't have copies of the pics I sent but my fiancee does. Just not sure which ones I included. So should I try to reconstruct as close as possibe or just send to my fiancee the copies I have and let her take the whole thing to the interview? Also do I send her my passport? K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Process & Procedures	Why 4 pages of G325A?	let me share this... my fiance and i just printed all the forms(my fiance sent me the URL of the forms and i downloaded it)after printing the 4-page forms, filled it up manually with patience and sent it to my fiance through LBC express...he then sent it along the other papers and forms to CSC without any problem. ive read the bottom part of it stating the office where each copy would be submitted. goodluck	felnfrank	Female	0	2006-12-10 09:18:00

Frank & Fel, Like Gary stated, your case has left both USCIS and NVC so the only way to check your status now is by calling the embassy. I have seen an email for the Manila embassy but have not heard of many people using it. You should receive a letter from the embassy stating they have received your case....blah blah...blah. K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Process & Procedures	date discrepancy question	basically, the date at USCIS is the normal 6-month processing of ur application upon submission. So if u have been approved earlier even ur date has not been processed at USCIS, ur lucky then maybe because ur documents are complete, thus no request of more evidences it depends on the number of applications too. if there are lots of it then the date exceeds to the 6-month processing which is more than that. a lot experienced this, maybe there were evidences asked cos time is extended to study for more evidences...but if all documents are ok and no problem as they processed it, then u will be approved earlier than the normal processing time. u may think there is a discrepancy, but the people there are working their best to accommodate us all...dnt rely much on the dates posted...believe in urself that u will be approved sooner or later if there are no problems with ur documents submitted goodluck!	felnfrank	Female	0	2006-12-19 02:20:00
