Are you the US citizen or the foreign fiance? 'Cus if you are the US citizen you're not the one that fills out those DS forms, it's the foreign fiance that fills them out. And in that case, is she/he taking any kids on a K2 with her/him? If not, then your answer is NONE.

Don't put N/A where NONE should be placed. I've heard of RFEs for stupid things like that. N/A is only used if the question really doesn't apply. NONE is if there's NONE. Don't leave any blank spaces (unless you already put NONE for previous spouses you won't need to put NONE on all of the info required for them like DOB, etc.

IC, WHAT ABOUT "THE PERSON TRAVELLING WITH U" SHOULD I PUT THERE THE NAME OF MY FIANCE?

Packet 3 does bring the Forms but you can download, fill and print or print and fill by hand out of the consulate's web page if you want to.

that s why i am having my med exam earlier, that was what happened to my co-teacher too, in her case,she was postponed because she was fertile and her interview too a month after...good thing her fiance was with her and asked the embassy to postponed only a week due to his limited stay.and she was interviewed.

my period will start at the end of the month, ill have my med a week from that in january...

mmm if i will have my period i would definitely postpone my exam or take it earlier, here, u are to lie down and stretch ur legs so the doctor can see ur thing...just imagine what she can see :blink:

last thing, ive heard that it's for the xray that be given to u why u should not be fertile in getting it...they will ask u when ur about to get the xray and let u go back if ur fertile...

so start counting ur days now :yes:

I have two questions. The packet 4 instructions state "applicants who have previous chest x-rays must bring the RESULTS with them to SLMCEC for comparative analysis" Does this mean the actual film ?
Form ds-156 line (box) 28 asks "who will pay for this trip? " The VJ guide has "Myself" What if the sponsor is paying ?

I guess the chest x-ray result is within 6 months, you can bring the actual film.
But as other filipina who had their medical already, I never heard that St. Lukes ask for their x-rays film. But its ok to bring it than sorry, right?
In your questions in Ds-156, if your sponsor will be paying for your trip, put the name of the sponsor.
You could join us too at Fil-West forum..for sure other members who gone through it can help you more since my medical will be 3rd week of February. There are some members who will go there in advance, maybe you would like to join.

If this is true, then the EASIEST way to deal with her entering is to not travel to her, and travel to the US with her. If you are not present it will be much harder for her to get through immigration on a K1. It can be done, but they are very skeptical, and a Visa does not give anyone the RIGHT to enter. The ultimate decision is made at the airport with Immigration.

Contact the immigration fraud line at 866-347-2423 and explain to them the details. They should flag her visa and respond with more questioning if she does try to enter. EVEN IF she gets in, as stated earlier, she will lose her status if she doesnt marry you in 90 days, so the most she will get out of you is entry to the US for a short time. After those 90 days are over, she would have to have a lot of money and a good attorney to adjust her visa class.

Please clarify your comment about it being much harder for her to get through immigration on a K1......what do you mean it can be done ?????? That is why the K1 is granted to enter the US.
The SO is NOT required to accompany the fiance.
The statement the "ultimate decision" is made at the airport is a little misleading.
Unless there are definite reasons the fiance will not be denied entry.
You make the K1 sound like a tourist visa or something and that people get constantly turned away at the POE without the SO escort. I really don't understand what you are talking about.

me too, my fiance might not be around in my interview, it would be our worries to be denied in entering US if he's not around... :blink: but a lot has entered US even without the fiance...right?
