K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Process & Procedures	what happens if it turns out you have TB	Hello, I reading through this forum and came accross your post. I work in radiology and have many years of experience diagnosing Active TB through chest radiographs. Please understand that inorder to FULLy diagnosis active TB from a chest radiograph the person would have to be well beyond the intial stages of TB. IF a person was in a advance stage of active TB you would have other obvious symptoms. Also I would like to add that the purpose of the chest radiograph is to access ACTIVE TB. A person can be a carrier to TB but not display signs of disease. To detect this you would need to be injected with a PPD. so does it mean that we have to undergo tests now? no symptoms or diseases shown?would it mean that anybody could have that even if a person feels that he's healthy? im worried now. im over exposed to computer radiation...would that affects me?	felnfrank	Female	0	2006-11-14 10:19:00

K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Process & Procedures	passport photo	it took me 4 photo centers in cagayan de oro city to visit because they didnt want to take a passport picture without the preferred size. there are different sizes for passport (local or abroad)according to them so they wanted me to get the correct size specification from the concern. luckily, one studio let me, then just told them to take a passport pic which was ussually used by people who went abroad, then i had it! it was just a little different to my fiance's ppic size, but we submitted it no worries	felnfrank	Female	0	2006-11-22 03:36:00

K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Process & Procedures	Passport validity question	Proof of citizenship for the 129-f shows to be Copy of the Birth certificate (front and back) for the US Citizen or a copy of ALL pages of the US Citizen's passport issued with a validity of at least 5 years So does this mean has been vaild for atleast 5 years .........or will be valid for the next 5 years ? The reason i ask is because the city i was born in is about 1800 miles away,and they require you pick up a duplicate in person. Also it has my mothers maiden name as my last name , which im sure will open up another can of worms. I have only had my Passport for 1 year, but have been out of the country twice, i would think it would be enough. Those people who applied visa before the IMBRA thing havent asked about this cos this is a requirement for the couples who are affected by the IMBRA law. My co-teacher wasnt asked because they applied K1 visa before the Imbra took effect. We applied after the IMBRA took effect...My fiance received a letter from the center to let us prepare letters of intention to marry. Ur in good company here, hopefully, other members will help u with this problem, just to enlighten u and letting u know that u r not alone having such problems. Regarding the time, delays and others, it's normal, specially if there's something wrong with the papers or there's lacking in the documents. if not, the problem falls to the people who review/do the processing, but there might be reasons for that.
