Rizal area is really in a bad situation right now. I'm from Cavite but got stranded also yesterday and had to stay overnight in the office due to some flooded areas. A lot of people are reaching out to those people especially in Rizal. I hope you will hear from her soon.

When I went to NSO near SM Mall of Asia last year, it took them 8 days to release the CENOMAR but probably u could talk to them and explain that you need it ASAP. It could work. I guess you need it and even if they won't require you to present one, it's still safe to secure one. smile.gif

Hi!!! I already had my CFO done last June. They said I could do it before or after getting the visa so i decided to do the counseling and will just go back there for the sticker. I had the seminar in PRISM. I had to go back because she asked for fiance's divorce decree. She also asked me to bring some photos, which I always have in my bag (wallet size photos)...I don't know if PRISM is better than St. Mary's or vice versa.

She will also need to fill out a form asking some info about the petitioner and the beneficiary like education, occupation, religion...The lady there even asked me to write the maiden name of my fiance's mother.
