you can mail the AOS ahead of time or if you can wait for them to generate the ds230 you can mail it the same time to NVC...

thats what i though too.. my IV bill is the same thing NO INVOICE, i think bec they havent enter the choice of agent in the system yet... lets wait and pray.. i hope everything turns out alright....

by the way my husband didnt mail the choice of agent bec it will take a long time to send it by mail. if your wife email the NVC the choice of agent atleast you guyz will save a month or so.... it will save time instead of mailing it.

we have the same situation regarding the ds230.. my husband emailed his choice of agent last june 8th i called the NVC regarding the choice of agent email and they said they received it but they didnt enter it to the system yet, she said they still processing the june 5th email... i guess i still need to wait... once they enter it to the system lets wait and check the online status until it change to PAID and print the AOS and DS23o together and mail it.

about the AOS, the operator i talked to she said i can make a payment for AOS.. i havent pay may AOS yet bec im still waiting for the ds230 so i can pay it the same time. hopefully less than 1 week they will generate my ds230 once they enter my choice of agent...

call them regarding the sheet why is not printing... does the site said its PAID already? goodluck

sometimes missing documents or incorrect is due of false RFE. just wait 1 to 2 weeks. otherwise if theres missing documents they will let u know by mail. otherwise hang in there the automated voice respond will change once ur case completed. goodluck to u godbless. it took me 10 days before they changed my false RFE to case completed. blush.gif

by the way guyz i have a friend who is on the same situation as me.... she filed her I-129f without the noa1 for 1-130... and she forgot to do her letter stating that rahil's sample cover letter

Please find attached an I-129F Petition for Alien Fiance(e) for my husband, xxxx, who is a citizen of Guatemala. This application is being filed for a K-3 visa. I have already filed an I-130 for my husband, currently pending in USCIS, Vermont Service Center.

If you filed your I-130 at Vermont and you will file your I-129f at Vermont also -- same service center for both applications, the rules state to send in "evidence" of having filed I-130. For those of you who question this technique, go back and read the rules. The only time they say to send in the 797 (Notice of Action) is where they talk about the mailing address for the I-129f or the address on the 797. It does not say that the "evidence" has to be the NOA1 from the I-130.


I am glad you received your NOA1 for 129F, but I called USCIS to confirm if I can do this and they said although I will get NOA1 for 129F I might have two cases open and she recommended against it and asked me to wait instead. Again, I am not an expert I am not really sure who is right and what is faster, but I figured I should share this since I called USCIS with same exact question. I am going to wait I feel like I am almost there why mess up now.
