IR-1 / CR-1 Spouse Visa Process & Procedures	DS 230 Spelling Error Problem	I think they will send it to u back again for mispelled. this will cause RFE again. . they can not change what u put in the DS230 form... not unless u write it down the correct middle name correct in the ds230 form and they can change it to the system. if they put it wrong in the system. THE WORDS THAT EVERYONE WANTS TO HEAR..." YOU VISA IS APPROVED MA'AM" just wait outside and u will call again......i really gave her a sweet and big big smile i told her thank you so much !!!! ALL I CAN SAY TO THOSE MEMBERS HERE THAT STILL WAITING FOR THEIR "HOT SEAT" YOU WILL BE FINE AS LONG AS YOU ARE CONFIDENTLY KNOW YOUR FIANCE'......AND DON'T FORGET TO PRAY TO OUR GOD!!! Then after around 2 months, I received my EAD card. We didn't apply for AP. We're so glad that my case was transferred to California service center, in that case I have no interview anymore. Philippines	proving domicile ?	finally my husband interview will be on the 29th of sept next mon. and im still worrying about the prooft of domicile this is the list i have gathered. 1.my valid California License 2.prepaid cellphone under my name and it still active. 3. our landline in california is under my name as well 4.bank statement 5.my bank sent me a pin code for my atm to use. and it has my name on it and my address. i can ask my sister for more letters or bill under my name so i can tell her to print it for me so i can show it to co's just in case they ask for it. any advice guys thanks a lot guys. goodluck and godbless shaman.goddess its been a while since this topic been answered and updated. sori guys	SeiChii	Female	Philippines	2008-09-22 00:54:00
