hey guyz... i was so happi today... when i called the NVC it says july 14th case completed.. so it means? its approved already wooooooooooottttttttttttttttttt... oh my goodness finally.... thank you so much god for answering my prayers.. im so happy this is good gift for our 3rd wedding anniversary this coming July 16, we both so happi and we are celebrating it today. bec its almost the 16th here midnight time in the philippines so happi... goodluck to u nita i will include u in my prayers.. 000 goodluck... how did u get ur interview schedule? thank you....

let me tell you some story. when im about to pay the online payment for my husband AOS and DS230 i have noticed my husband birth year is incorrect instead of 1979 they put 1970. i emailed them for the correction after 9 days they emailed me back and that they already fixed the problem. so everythings ok bec i recieved the email stating they already changed it in the system. when i checked the online payment status is still the same nothing change. so i called the nvc and talk to the operator and explained them that i already got an email for the correction. so basically it not been change yet. she cant answer my question. why would they send me an email that they already corrected it but they're not. so i told her i want to speak with the supervisor after 15min. the supervisor told me to call back so she can make any changes. after 15min. i called back everything went ok. my husband birth year changed to 1979 from 1970. i hope speaking with the supervisor helps u out... goodlluck to u nita.

oic, my suggestion is to call them again and talk to the supervisor... they will let u talk to the supervisor no matter what.. if the operator cant answer some questions its better to talk to the supervisor so u have clear answer. thats what i do. goodluck nita. i know how hard it is to wait specially i dont know why they wont review the packet yet and its been a month now. dont worry my friend i hope this week they take some action with ur case and i hope they review it...goodluck

In addition to that my husband has surgery on the 20 of August... so he will be flying in maybe 2 weeks after his surgery (HOPEFULLY). I don't care, I didn't get Christmas, my birthday or any other day with him... I am relieved that we will be able to celebrate our first year anniversary together.... hopefully! kicking.gif

Is it possible that you and your sister only put 1 address on your I 864s? Is it clear that you both do not live in the same house? Can you think of any reason that they would think that you need to fill out the I-864A?

no it wont be a problem as long ur joint sponsor will pass the 125% poverty line. both of you need to file up I-864 or I-864A. 1-864- if u dont live in the same house hold... I-864A contract between house hold. means u guyz live in the same household. i hope it helps goodluck

The consulate is notified of a pending case via electronic communication. As far as when they actually receive the physical packet, it depends on the country. In VN, mine took about 4 weeks before the recieved my case. It was another 2 months before the interview package was sent to Tuyen, 10 days before the interview.

if you are on cr1/ir1 route yes sir. the USEM will schedule the interview once its been schedule. NVC will be forwarded the case to USEM goodluck please update me if your wife get her interview schedule. goodluck
