My husband filed me last feb 2008, and received the noa1 feb 20, until now we have not received yet our noa2.. makes me feel worried. Do you have any idea how long does it take?

hello there guyz.
im just wondering if its ok to send an affidavit of support without an employer letter? i dont have work and my sister is willing to be my co sponsor... the main problem is she gave birth and she will be back on june 20th. so basically shes on disability right now. but she still recived her paystub from her disability. and if she ask for the employment letter it will take 90 days before they can issue it.

please i need help and i dont know what to do..
can i follow up the employer letter regarding this matter?

The DS-3032 and AOS fee are on two different tracks.
You CAN send the DS-3032 whenever you want.

hello there guyz... i just called nvc and ask about this concern of mine.

the operator said its ok to send an email instead of sending it by mail..with the copy of my husband birthcerficate and passport id indicates his birthday..

so weird... when i give out the case num everything is right except of my husband birthday... i tried to give them my husband birthday and she keep saying its not the right one in the system... i told her i might give her the wrong case no. but she gave me out all information about us... and its right... i dont know why it got messed up with his birthday.. im freaking out here help....

hi there... please enlighten me guyz,
first of all i didnt work for 3 years due of me staying with my husband.
someone told me, even i have a co sponsor way up of poverty line they said theres a chance they will deny the insurance of the visa for my husband please help me.


in the poverty line for 2008 i believe for 6 people including me and my husband atleast my co spnsor will meet the poverty line ..not really sure how much is the 125% of 6 people to past the povertyline... crying.gif

my sister who is my co sponsor working in the casino for more than 5 years now and shes making atleast 50k yearly is this enought? for all of us or do i need to get another co sponsor to help me out? please guys i really really need your help please advice me what to do ...
