Sorry to be late for the reply shaman goddess, as I was out of town. Thanks for the reply and the solution you gave me, What I have decided is to wait until NVC receives my documents,which should be tomorrow Monday July 21 and see what NVC does and I should know by Late Tuesday or Wednesday. If NVC gives OK to my Documents, then I will call them and tell about mistake and also send an email to them the spelling mistake. I think I should be fine as RFE was about Q 2, 20 and 22.

let me tell u a story. last month when im about to pay the ds230 and aos i have noticed my husband birth year is 1970 instead of 1979 but i filled up all the information right... the NVC enter my husband birth year incorrect. so before i make a payment i want it to be right bec i might have a problem in the future and my case will be delay or something.... i called NVC and inform them about that issue. i email the nvc the same time. and they respond to my email in 9 days. the email sayz its been corrected already... when im about to make a payment online i have noticed it still the same... they didnt make any correction. so i called the NVC again but that time i spoke with the supervisor and i told her i recieved an email stating there that they have been corrected... so the supervisor decided to do it her own to correct the birth year or my husband. she told me to call back in 15min. so i called back after 1hr. everything cools and she corrected it.... u can ask them if its possible to do the correction in the system if not then u have to do it again.. goodluck to u

They said in the letter to fill out a new DS-230 part 1 and mail it, I had a blank copy of ds-230 with my wife sign on it with the date 7-7-08 on it. did you sent it already? and as u mentioned ur reading the photocopy and noticed that your wifes father's middle name is misspelled? bec in the future they might be an issue...try to call the nvc if theres anyway to correct it through the system if not its better to correct it now before its to late... goodluck... next time review all the documents 10x to make sure everything is right bec its takes a lot of time sending and receiving the documents form NVC goodluck my friend. heart.gif

please help!!!! im about to file my I-129f petition for my husband just waiting for the receipt to arrive (NOA1) so i can file the I 129f petition.... im just wondering about the documents that they need states that you are a usc.... im a greencard holder and apply for usc and i got the naturalization certificate... and i have my passport as well...

on the i-129f petition is asking for evidence of usc which is the naturalization copy of front and back copies but the other hand i lost my naturalization certificate all i have with me is my valid us passport and the copy of naturalization certificate (front) and i dont have any copy of the back side... do u think guyz this is going to give me big head-ache? if i dont have the copy of the back side of my naturalization certificate?

hello guyz this is my situation... im a usc and stayed out of the coutry for 2 years. got married and stayed there for a while... i came back in the us 2 months ago and filed the petition for my husband I-130..... im just wondering while my I-130 still pending can i go back to the philippines while my petition is pending? im concern about the domicile...


i called them and talked the officer and ask them if its ok to be out of the country while my petition for my husband is still pending.. and she said its ok as long im domicile in the us....

shes said as long my address is base on us residency would be fine.. and she ask me if my husband is out of the country... and i said yes.... she said its fine as long my husband is out of the country. and she said if they need more of the paper works to be done my relatives will let me know and inform me that i have a mail and need some documents for me...

i live with my sister and all my mails address there... i just renew my license and looking for a job right now.. but planning to go back 2 months from now.. please help i want to go back to the philippines and be with my husband and wait the approval for 1-13o please need an advice fellows.

by the way i didnt work for last 2 years so i dont have a tax return to file =(

you can call the phone card customer service and ask them if they track your call record... sometimes you can check it online which num u dialed and how many minutes left in your phonecard account... goodluck and i hope it helps you out. but some phonecard they dont have tracks of you phone calls.
