They are always changing. Did you get a case complete yet at NVC? Call them as often as you need to to get the information you need to get. Some times they reply toughly on our calls , one of them was so harsh when i called .. she didn't even give me time to ask what i want . Thanks all for your help ... A whole lot could have changed between yesterday and today. Nope, they still need to be in US format. You're still dealing with US agencies. But, since you received one already, this is a little weird. Have you called up today and asked about the status on the IV package? I called before i receive the 2nd email and they just said they have it in system since monday morning and still not reviewed so i asked about the checklist for ds-230 part 1 i received yesterday , she said just ignore it.then i received the other email asking for missing documents,weird ?? Please submit the requested Immigrant Visa Application(s) and/or civil documents, as indicated on the checklist. The requested information must be submitted to the NVC for this file to continue processing. although when i called yesterday asking about the check list i received yesterday (asking for ds 230 part 1 - iv package ) they say just ignore it . what do u think ?? From my recent tracking of cases on this website, people are getting a response on the 10th business day. For me, the 10th business day is tomorrow. So I hope they're either making a decision, or being reviewing my AOS. The IV 10th business day is next Wednesday. So if its been less than 10 business days since they received the case, don't be disappointed with no response. Maybe "Mary" gets a stack of files and scans all the bar codes before she starts on them. So all the cases show in the system. Even if she has not looked at them yet. Then maybe "Fred" Looks and reviews the file. Then scans it and marks it completed. That would explain why some show for days and others go from not showing / just showed that day to completed.... Basiclly what I have learn or read is....they received our documents >>> scan bar code of cover letter " now doesn't this entered our case to their system? just curious." >>> they will review them page by page >> go back to computer send enter accept or RFE? is this how it work?. Alot of people posted here that they call at mid day for example and find that their documents not in system then they call again to find that their documents were scanned , reviewed and approved. Thats wt happened to me with the Aos package . also Some ppl whose nvc received their packages after mine and their packages were reviewed .one last thing i also read documents are entered to the system once they start reviewing the package . The queue is longer for this part, today. and apparently 3 days ago, as well. Queues suck, but queues abound here at NVC. Pray for speed, on the next queue thingie. i hope they complete the case ... i wished of late may interview bas i think its difficult .. i will just wait and give them a call again at night, hopefully they finish reviewing it .
