Palestine jerusalem embassy

i hope that i know good info about Palestine jerusalem embassy but i dont so here i tell you about my case it might help .. first i'm k3 visa and it taken with me to get the interview date almost one month after it left the NVC you can check my time line , also i didnt take any copy from forms that we sent already to NVC just i took with me on my interview the papers work like marriage,, brith,, Military certificates and some proof for our marriage like pictures , e mailes , etc but they just asked me to show pictures ,, then i missed the certificate divorce for my wife then they asked me to send it later via DHL so i did later while this they put me under AP then later i got out of AP and issued me the visa ,, so all i bring with me on my interview was the orignal certificate for all the documents i told you about and if one of you get divorced before should have the orignal divorce certificate also if you live for more than six months on other country should bring with you the police recored from this country( this for the one who will go to the interview ) wish it helps , best of luck to you , have a good one .

I remember that the Non-immigrant visa was 100 $ before we applied for the visa and it became 131$ since January 1,2008 .

And i remember that the K1 visa '' the finace/e visa '' fee was 179 $ and it became 455 $ since January 1,2008 i guess .

SO i guess if the K visas fee is going to be high like that .i guess that all the other fee is going to be high as well .The AOS fee now is 1010$ so who know how much its going to be ?!! maybe it will be 2000 or 3000 $ !!!

I hoe that i will get the visa and be with my fiancee and get married and file for the AOS before its getting so high !!!!

Mounir, Ayman bought his ticket from a travel agent in Egypt. It was much cheaper than what we could have gotten online. He did get a round trip ticket but was refunded the money by Egypt Air from the trip he didn't use. It just took awhile to get the money back from them. mounir, at your port of entry all you should have to fill out is the usual customs form, declaring any items of value that you are bringing with you. it will have your personal information on it, your flight number, your passport number, things like that. i believe you also have to fill out your I-94, which they will staple into your passport when you go through immigration. as for the address, i would put the address that you will be staying at, and like the previous poster said, if they ask about it, just tell them that your wife recently moved.

well i'm on the same boat but i will tell you what i understanding with this e mail ,, i kept e mailing the embassy after i done my interview which was on OCT 22,2009 at the beginning they were told me that my case is pending officer's review then they start saying now the case is under AP , i thought at this time they put it under AP cause they asked me on my interview for my wife's divorce certificate then after lots of time then e mailed me asking me to my passport then i warn them that they have it already then i got an e mail from them saying now the case is pending co review .. so when i asked about that lots of people all said its the last step now for them to issue the visa and means the case is out of AP and i know when you called the DOS will say you still on AP cause we got the same answer but DOS once the embassy put you under AP will keep saying that till the visa get issue ,, also i want to add something it might help a couple of days ago my wife contact her congresman and faxed them a form about all our case info ,, we heard with that you can at least get more info about whats going on and what the statue of the case going so far ,, so dont worry you out of AP and will hear good news soon inshallah , best of luck ,, have a great day .
