Maybe it could help. Try also to secure a certified true copy of your voters registration record. Voters affidavit is a good proof of evidence that you are in the same person who appeared in your NBI clearance. Go to your municipal COMELEC or wherever place you registered and get copies. Your NBI record, passport, school records, and even your CENOMAR should match together.

What they asked you to submit? Follow their instruction and accomplish , you will be fine.


I got already the voters affidavit last friday and got new NBI, BC, and cenomar... I will try to get the certification from my grade school teachers, high school teachers and my professors before.... I hope everything will be fine...

I'd say it will be fine to submit the old IDs even if you changed your signature... If you have other old school documents that will show your name, might as well include it.

I just renewed my NBI here in CDO. I went at the NBI office yesterday and I asked them to have an explanation letter regarding to the smudges but they told me they wont give an explanation letter because I didnt commit a crime. So, I got a new NBI and they put a sealed on it.

Yes it is, I have been doing this since about a month after I began sending money to the Phils (over a year now). I have a second Checking account that I transfer money into when she needs money, then she withdraws it at the ATM at a rate of about $0.80 per transaction of usually PHP 5000 at BDO.



Correction its not BDO, its Metrobank. I can withdraw at the BDO and BPI too but it has higher transaction rate than Metrobank.

Me and my fiance are so depress because we didn't hear any updates regarding my case. I had an interview last April 2 but I got a white slip. I already submitted the additional documents that they wanted from me, its almost 6 weeks now but we didn't hear anything from the embassy. My fiance called to the USEM every week to follow-up my case but there were no changes,its still under administrative review.

Its really frustrating, I thought that everything went well but it was really suck. Sigh......

I asked about that question here in VJ and there were so many members replied that it takes time for USEM to reseal it because they have to check the documents inside the visa packet per page before transferring them to another envelop. There is no way to know when you will get your visa packet back.

-No, you don't need to bring the all the documents that you'd prepared in K1. You need to bring your visa packet, passport with CFO sticker, birth certificate, the immunization record from SLEC and NOA2.

-My port of entry was in LAX. The immigration officer was asking me one question. He just asked me " How's my trip?" biggrin.gif . He just reminded me that I have to get married within 90days. But the possible questions are like these, "what's the name of your fiance? and his complete address?"

Hi! I knew what's your feeling right now. I've been in your situation. The CO was insisted that I was changing my identity. I was so frustrated and depressed. I took time for me to calm down and I didn't want to talk to anybody because I was so confident to pass the interview. I was in AP for 3 months but thanks God I am here now with my husband.
