i had HPV, DPT, MMR, Tdap. my bad, i forgot what vaccince dose should i get next..

does anybody recall the schedule?? sorry ha..nakalimutan ko po tlga..

When i had my medical, they gave me TDAP, MMR and Human Papillomavirus (anti-cervical cancer).
The nurse told me that i need to have another shot of TDAP after 2 months to complete the immunization. He said that i can also have that shot in the US and the next shot for TDAP is called TD.

I am not sure if that is what you are asking about? if not i think we can call SLEC naman to inquire about it smile.gif

may ibang vaccines knb na take kaya ung 3 n ung ang binigay sayo? nagtitingin kc ako kung anung vaccines ang pwede ko kunin d2..

The doctor asked me questions like if i already had chicken pox, i said yes then she asked me to show her the scar and i did. Then she asked me to show her the "bakuna scar" ung nasa balikat, then i showed it to her. then she also asked me on what are the vaccs i had when i was a kid that i can still remember. i told her that i had anti-polio when i was in the 3rd grade and that anti-polio comes into sour candy like.

If you haven't had chicken pox or u had it BUT u can't show them a scar then they will give you anti-chicken pox vacc. then in regards naman dun sa HPV, "i think" it depends dun sa age ng patient if pwede sa kanila ang HPV vaccine.

Depende talaga un sa patient kung ilan na ang nareceive nya na shot nung bata pa or kung nagkabulutong na.

yea i had chicken pox when i was a kid and got a scar.. kaya lng wala ako scar ng bakuna pero may shot ako nun, and anti-tetanus lng natatandaan ko..

PhilippinesVaccinations???
QUOTE (SHAPE OF MY HEART @ Aug 31 2008, 06:10 AM) <{POST_SNAPBACK}>
In my suggestion, it would be better to just have all the shots as possible in St. Lukes. It's cheaper in Philippines than in US. Besides, when you pay the medical fee in St. Lukes it's a package already whether they give you 2 or 3 or 4 shots of vaccine.

And the form DS3025 (vaccination report issued by St. Lukes) is very important.

Good luck.

who will fill up the ds3025?

even if u had the shots that the SLEC is giving out u would still pay the $213.50. they usually would give u anti cervical cancer shot if u are 26 and younger and also the tdap and MMR..

I don't really think they will deduct you for that. Cos paying for medical is done before they will know that you have those shots already. Just bring all the records for the recent vaccinations you had. Just try it though.

Goodluck and God bless. smile.gif

Yeah that’s all true...no deduction from the fee even if you will not get any vaccine. I can attest to that because I did not get any vaccine from SLEC (I waived for it).
God bless you, I hope you pass the medical test and of course the interview.

$213.50 is the medical fee, which includes vaccinations. Although there are 8 new vaccinations required by the US government, you can have them done here in PI too. SLEC doesnt have these new vaccines available as of now. But it's up to you really.

so what are vaccines included in that fee?

Good Afternoon,

Your inquiry has been received at the National Visa Center (NVC).

The NVC has received the Agent of Choice selection. The Immigrant Visa
Application (DS 230) processing fee bill will be sent to the designated

from the day u received that msg, how long did it take for u to get the IV fee bill? im still waiting for another response from NVC regarding my DS3032..

i still haven't gotten the actual bill. i just paid it online

did you get any response? what happened? do u think it will work? coz if it is, ill tell my hubby to pay it online once i get that response from them

after nvc says they accept your ds-3032, your husband can call the NVC automated message and find out when they generate the bill. when it says they have, he can pay online.

oooo okay.... thanks for that... so i should really have to wait for it...

When Nvc accept your DS-3032,and you got auto-response from NVC which is good, next step is wait for them till they accept it,then your husband can call them and speak with live operator to get IIN (Invoice Indetification Number) so you can pay your fees online(for I-864 and DS-230)..you need that number(IIN) to log in to your page to pay for your fees, view them and print barcode sheet which you going to send with documents (it's faster a lot faster instead sending money orders by snail mail) I did it that way everthing went well. And when you get IIN you will be able to see when is I-864 and DS-230 generated online so you can pay for it (first you will be able to pay for I-864 then after that you will be able to pay for DS-230),....Just follow rules and ask everthing here people here are ready to help you,..and of course if you have any question about your case CALL the NVC and talk with live operator and ask them for your case they will explain to you what you need to do,...GOOD LUCK TO YOUR CASE,....!!!!!

thank you very much.. he already sent the I-864 i think 2 weeks ago but when i called NVC IVR only says they received the AOS fee bill on July 1st.. and i also sent my ds3032 3 days ago..

thanks a lot

I don't understand, if your husband already sent them the I-864 package it means that they already received the DS-3032. The DS-3032 is for the NVC to know who to send all correspondence to and if your husband already sent the I-864, it means that they sent him the I-864 coversheet and he's the Choice of Agent.

Something is missing here... blink.gif

Diana

I'm with you on this one, Diana. I'm lost.... The DS-3032 is the first form that the beneficiary (the one receiving the visa) will receive. In most cases done without a lawyer, the petitioner (the one filing for the beneficiary) is elected the "Choice of Agent." Before any paperwork can be sent, which includes the I-864 and the DS-230, the DS-3032 must be submitted by Email or through the Post Office. A case can't proceed until an agent is elected. Once an agent is selected, they will receive the I-864 and the DS-230. You will have to obtain the signature from your beneficiary on Part 1 of the DS-230 and then once, everything is filled out, you will send that to the NVC. The petitioner is also responsible for the I-864 (Affidavit of Support).

To help us out though, are you the petitioner or the beneficiary?

my husband is the petitioner.. he already sent the i-864 but he said that he didnt send any ds3032 to nvc.. so im just going to send him a signed ds-230 and the required documents? i was thinking of emailing ds3032 to nvc.. will it be a good thing?

They are wrong about the I-864. The I-864 forms always go to and come from the petitioner. After the beneficiary fills out or emails the DS-3032, depending on the choice of agent there, depends on who gets the DS-230 package. You should eventually get a DS-3032 in the mail from NVC, but if he was able to do the I-864 already, that means its was generated so you can email the DS-3032 instead of waiting for one to come in the regular mail. My husband emailed and got a reply back yesterday that they entered it, so email takes about 10 days. After they enter it, you can pay the IV bill and after that goes thru, you can send off your DS-230 package.

I think you misunderstood my post... I said once the 'agent of choice is selected', they will be the one to receive DS-230..... how is that wrong? Usually the agent elected is the petitioner (if there is no lawyer involved)....Regardless of who is the agent, the petitioner always gets the I-864... I was assuming that that in this case the agent of choice was also the petition.. I didn't say the beneficiary was going to receive it... Anyways....

im just worried for my case to get slow coz of that COA so i tried to email it,and i got an auto response, and i posted what it says.. i hope theres nothing wrong with that..

No, that is the standard automated e-mail response that NVC sends. As long as you included that info in your email, like petitioner and beneficiary's name and DOB, case number... (the example emails that have been posted work well) then they will accept it. That email at least show they got it.

yes,he already sent back the I-864..i emailed ds3032 today and hope for a quick response from them..how will i know if they already entered my ds3032?coz my husband is just waiting for nvc to send him instructions, and i think that its one of the reason my case is taking so long..

when emailing it, it takes about 10 days (business days so more like 2 weeks) to get an email reply saying they entered it in the system. After you get the email, the auto mated voice message at NVC will say that they entered it in the system and they will send more instructions, which means they will send a bill for the DS-230 (but you can pay this online if you want before the bill comes) and after that is paid they send the instructions for the DS-230. You can send him now the items he needs to mail back the packet.

I GOT THIS AUTO RESPONSE THIS MORNING...

hi there.. i would like to ask about ds3032.. who will send it to nvc? and when should it be sent? coz i think i should be the one to send that but i havent receive any instructions from nvc.. my husband just sent back the I-864 package... about the ds230,who will send it to nvc? what should i send to my husband?im really lost..
thanks a lot

I don't understand, if your husband already sent them the I-864 package it means that they already received the DS-3032. The DS-3032 is for the NVC to know who to send all correspondence to and if your husband already sent the I-864, it means that they sent him the I-864 coversheet and he's the Choice of Agent.

After they enter it, you can pay the IV bill and after that goes thru, you can send off your DS-230 package.

you're husband is a military also...good to know.. mine too, he was a marine then became a staff sgt. in army but due to the car wreck he needs to leave the military. He retired at the age of 36.

What's your husband's state in U.S?

TELPTT? yeah he is in the army, he's in Colorado..actually he was suppose to go back to Iraq this Aug. but due to a car accident to, he needs to undergo medical examinations and medication.. my husband is planning to leave the army too but thinking of staying also.. he's only 22..16 more years to retire if ever...Ü so WE really need to get that CFO cert.? i think i can do that once i have my visa?

Whe we say Iraq all we can think is war as well as terrorist ha! Sorry to hear about the car accident he is so young.
Anyways, TELPPT is an agency too. And about the CFO, well sis all i can say is, when you decided to renew your passport you really need to have a CFO cert first that's a mandatory requirement or else you can't renew your passport. But if you decided not to renew your passport it's up to you. You can attend the CFO seminar wether you have a visa or not. If you attend the seminar for the passport thing you don't have to attend the seminar again once you've got the visa all you have to do is go back there and let them attached the CFO sticker to your passport.

ure right! so scary..so im glad he doesnt need to back, but i think he will when he's okay..
i think i really should renew my passport coz mine now is in my single name..and i think i will attend the CFO when its my time to leave...Ü

may i ask what is CFO? how to go on a seminar for that?

here's the link

http://www.cfo.gov.ph/

Prepare the papers i've told you. Then be aware of your husband's middle name as in his mom's maiden name then his college course if applicable...The seminar started at 10:00 am don't go to the CFO office instead proceed to 2nd floor EQUITABLE BANK BUILDING at Taft Avenue fronting DE LA SALLE UNIVERSITY...bring valid ID

is it required to attend CFO?

Yes it is. wether we like it or not or else we can't renew our passport. That is a requirement of DFA for the first timer or renewal passport applicants married to a foreigner.Try to browse the DFA and CFO web.
One thing you can't leave the country without CFO sticker attached on your passport.

really?i didnt know that..thanks for the info... i was suppose to renew my passport through agency before i send it to my husband for him to send with the ds230...

i have all my required documents, but i got my passport when i was still single.. can i use it or do i really need to get a new passport on my married name? pls reply me vj's member thanks

Hi, we have the same situation. When i called Grace of USEM about it she told me that i should get my passport renewed because i used my married name in G-325A. So i suggest you bettr renew your passport first before calling call center for interview appointment.. But first you need you attend CFO. You can not renew your passport if you on't have a CFO certificate... Don't forget to bring divorce papers if applicable to you, pics of you and your spouse, marriage cert, NBI during the CFO seminar

im going to send my passport with all the requirements for ds-230 to my husband, how can i renew it? i think it will make my case floating..
