hi sis,
my friend (MC18) has the same RFE for her son's case.. they want her husband's 2008 tax, her husband already called NVC saying that he was on deployment (until now) and even extension he was not able to file it so they want a written explanation about it.. they already sent it almost 1 week now but still NVC saying they dont have it etc. etc. etc.

my friend's ase was completed since May 13th, but due to her son's case pending, her interview is getting delayed...

i wish NVC gives consideration to those husbands are on deployment..

That is a bit strange,,,Has she called NVC and talk to the operator about it? Just to really make sure...

yes and the operator said the RFE was for her AOS.. they need her husband's 08 tax, the thing is she submitted her AOS last march..
and they accepted it and completed the case

If he sent it in July and they still don't have it, it must be genuinely lost. It should only take a few days for it to be entered into their system. It's a good time to send in another one. Make sure the bar codes and other details on the cover form are correct.

as per NVC operator said, they dont have my AOS package yet(although hubby sent in since July) so nothing to do but send it again.. once they receive it they will schedule me for interview andforward my case to USEM here..
gathering requirements again,he got his pay stubs,letter of employment..
will W2 itself be okay? he printedout his 3 years W2 2005-2007...
coz it will take 7 to 10 days if he ask fo his transcript(and i dont want to wait for 2 more weeks)..

I dont have yet the appointment letter from the USEM but my husband told me that my interview will be on october 24, 2008 based from the letter sent to him by the NVC.

Can I have an early medical exam at SLEC? Will the SLEC allow me to have med exam by showing the copy of the letter that my husband received from NVC?

hello jelolito! well nagpadala ng letter ang NVC sa husband ko noong sept. 9, 2008..u mean approved na ung ds-230? wala pa kayo confirmation from the NVC?


Hi, thanks sa reply, what i mean send palang ng wyf ko yung dsform lasy 9/24/2008 la pa kami idea kung approve na ds230 kahapon lang kasi naresiv ng NVC ung packet, sana lang macomplete ngayong september para matanong niya NVC kung kailan Interview. kailan naaprove ung ds230 mo?

I just want to ask those people who will be interviewed this coming october 24, 2008 at 6:30a.m. I want to meet you guys. By the way I'm from naga city, bicol.

I dont have yet the appointment letter from the USEM but my husband told me that my interview will be on october 24, 2008 based from the letter sent to him by the NVC.

Can I have an early medical exam at SLEC? Will the SLEC allow me to have med exam by showing the copy of the letter that my husband received from NVC?

and pay metro bank advance one month before your interview so
buy time you have interview your papers doc.verefecation is done all you have to do waith to your visa deliverd
