Hey what happened to all of the CT people anyways... probably had to move because of the high cost of living here blink.gif
We've been talking about that for years but everyone had scheduling differences.

she is doing great!!! i had a u/s on wednesday and everything was great!!! she is going to be a big girl but that is ok with me as long as she is healthy...they wanted to do a biophysical profile on her because her heart rate has been high a couple weeks ago so they wanted to make sure everything was working the way it should and her heart looked great she was "breathing" like she should everything was working they way it should be working!! It was so neat to see her diaphram moving and her little bones and her spine...we listend to her heart about 4 times and it was great to hear the tech say that everything looks good!! i have a appt for the dr on thursday so we shall see what they have to say and how much longer it is going to be...they told me on tuesday that if i were to deliever any day they would feel good about it so we shall see....

the contractions i had been feeling seem to be false ones...sad.gif oh well.....

Glad to hear she's doing great! Hopefully she'll make her appearance soon. Can't wait to see pics of your little bundle. luv.gif

Thanks Nan--- I've tried them all. I'll use Zyrtec and Claritin, but they make me hyper. I'll just suffer again for 8 weeks. I pray it won't be as bad. As soon as I come into the house I have to take a shower. And I wear a mask when I'm outside. (joke)...when I wear my mask, people always let me go ahead of them in the line.

Every time a new rx comes out for allergies my allergy doctor has me try them to get some relief. But none of them work for me. The only thing that works for me is Benedryl but that really makes me tired (the same ingredient in OTC sleep preparations). During the day I take the childrens chewables which is 1/2 strength and that helps. There are corticosteriods that do work but I won't take them unless I'm in a life and death situation-just my preference. Allergies are no joke crying.gif

I have a lot of allergies, clariten works for me, the funny thing was it was cheaper for me, when i could get it by prescription

Yeah, isn't that crazy. Your insurance pays for most of it and you only have a co-pay.

If you have a medical flexible spending account you can at least get reimbursed for your OTC meds.

I am a likkle late but I like Pan Dressing and Giblet Gray with cranberry sauce.
I am thankful for all God has blessed me with wether I deserved them or not.
I thank him for guiding me to VJ were people understand the stress and strife.
I thank him because when I look around I know I am blessed, I have good friends that tell
me when I look bad or talk to loud and that my opinion sucks!!!!!!!
I have a husband that puts up with all my ups and downs because sometimes I look at me and how I sometimes miss treat him and he's still here.
I am thankful because I finally realized that he is not just here for a greencard but for me!!!
I am thankful because we are listening to each other instead of talking over each other.
I am thankful that God has allowed us both to bury old baggage and look to a brighter future.
Loving someone should be unconditional, life is to short to make second guesses on our decissions.
God lets life be a lessoned learned, if not for my past mistakes I would not have my son. If not for my divorce I would not have gone back to school to be a nurse. If not for trials and triblations I would not know the meaning of joy and peace.
IF NOT FOR VJ I WOULD NOT NO THE MEANING OF FRIENDS!!!!!!!!! We are all blessed!!!!!

Don't eat whistling.gif

Honestly, what I have found best for me was to cut back on carbs - I try to not eat them at all, but don't kill myself if I do eat them. Exercise is also key - I used to hate to go to the gym, but then I set my mind that I didn't care if I only did 5 minutes, I had to get there - Once I was there, I worked out longer, and soon it became a natural part of my day.

Did you follow the Atkins diet? I remember reading that you lost quite a bit of weight and the best part...kept it off. Now that's an accomplishment. I can lose but keeping it off is another thing.
