K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	on to the next step!!!	WOW..things do move quick once to you get out of USIC..our I129F was approved on the 16th ..got to the NVC 19th and sent to Vancouver 20th...got there on th 23oct...just wait.... Hope its quick we so want to get married in Dec when we go on Holiday and stay there.... thanks to everyone for there support!!! Sort of lost the Nov interview forum..i was wondering how many people have nov/Dec interviews in Vancouver??? You find out some great info on this site as we move though this process.....Just found out that i can get Can EI benefits while in the USA loking for work ...even sooner if i ger a temp EAD at POE!!! and they back date it! That does take a bit of pressure off you when your starting your new life in the US...LOL just have to get pass the interview in Vancouver first!! Hi ya no problem...you just email woking medical tell them what date your interview is..and they will try to accomdate you...the embassy is aware of the people having medicals the same day..you have your interview and then go pick up the results and return them to the embassy... HI everyone...well we been told that our 129f is in Vancouver,...arrived on the 20th oct, still no package 3? any ideas how long before they contact you? Don't do it. No one can predict how long this will take and there are dozens of possible delays along the way that could happen and you have no control over. No one in the process cares about your cruise. You would be better off to delay your visa interview (if you haven't had it by then) and recieve the visa after your cruise. You will not be able to enter with a K-1 in your passport, leave and come back with the K-1. Delay the visa until after the cruise. Also if the cruise makes any calls to foreign ports, you would not be able to leave the ship if you were here on a K-1 and had not adjusted status. Just a bad idea overall. Cruise first, visa next. Thanks ...with hind sight we should not of booked the trip..but reading the info on USIC ..didn't think we would be at the interview already..but what do you do...ya going to delay the issue of the visa until we get back...thanks for the info	kitjerky	Male	Canada	2009-11-02 13:49:00
