Highly reccomend getting the paperwork done first and planning a ceremony/party for later. drinking champagne and very happy. now we can apply for AOS,EAD, and planning a party for April. K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Process & Procedures	VISA APPROVED	I was in US embassy for my interview together with my Fiance and kid arrived there at 07:30AM. After Submitting my documents i sat next to my fiance after few hours my kid is started to and i was litte bit embarrassed but after in a while one of the staff in embassy told me, I'm the one next to be called in window___?He was a filipino (i forget the number ) for pre-interviewed and screening emails(900pages), phone bills, pictures, bank statement, and etc. but He wasn't bothering to read our conversations . He asked me where i met my fiance then wait for final interviewed. I was called at window 26 for final interviewed together with my fiance but he is busy catching the kid . The American consul in window 26 just gave me a easy question: About my fiance work, if my fiance was married?, if he have a children(1),if his daughter live with him?, how many times he visited me ?, and who is the father of my kid?, and if i had been communicating with my ex? After he interviewed me, He told me " Everything is fine" then I go back to the chair and waiting again, after few minutes I was called at window 38 and the staff handed me my papers with pink slip told me to go in Delbros to pay something MY VISA IS APPROVED!!!	sj5	Female	0	2007-03-01 07:07:00

K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Process & Procedures	medical exam	hello eveyone:-) Actually my fiance' did not file the petition yet since i had clerical error of my last name on my birth certificate, but it is ok now and soon he will send the petition. My situation is...i already had my medical exam done Apr2006 and the result was good. I got an endorsement letter from the US Military asking me to have medical exam and the subject of the letter was Pre-Marital Exam . K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Process & Procedures	NOA, RFE, TOUCHED	Good Morning everyone. I would like to know what does NOA and RFE stands for and why there is NOA1 and NOA2. What is 'touched" mean? thank you very much. NOTICE OF ACTION 1 ( NOA) that means that the immigration has recieved your case and have submitted to you a letter which is called the NOTICE OF ACTION which will give you your reciept number for your case and they also inform you on this form about the net few steps in the process. NOTICE OF ACTION 2 ( NOA2) this is the second document that you will recieve from immigration saying that your case for which ever petion you are applyinf for has been approved. TOUCH this means that different people at the immigration have reviewed your imformation or your file for your particular case ( I am not sure if you are applying for k1, k3 , or adjustment of status). you can go on the uscis.gov website to register if you know your reciept number which will be on the top left corner of your paper this number you will need to type in to register once you register uscic ( immigration) will notify you by email of your progress with your case. K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Process & Procedures	Immigration asks for a Tagalog written letter	My fiance's parents are the ones receiving the notices from the immigration since my fiance is out to training for his deployment in iraq. Parents talked to me and said there are additional requirements needed. There are three actually that the immigration were asking but this one is kind of confusing me...they ask me to submit a Tagalog written letter or email that i wrote to my fiance. The immigration questions how me and my fiance understand our comunication when he speaks english and i speak Filipino/Tagalog. Of course i intended to speak and write english to him, even though he is filipino by blood still he does not understand straight tagalog. I never wrote my fiance a tagalog letter and that's what the immigration wanted me to submit to them. Am i going to make a Tagalog letter to my fiance? and send it over to his parents and parents will forward all the additional requirements to the immigration. I hope i will get any input. K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Process & Procedures	case approved?	My fiance filed the petition last July 2006. I am sorry for not putting our timeline. I will ask him whenever we talk. He's in the military. Yeah i was the one who had the medical exam. His parents have told me that they received a letter from the US Immigration stating that our case was approved and that i had to wait 'till US Embassy in Manila will send me a letter or if i don't get any, i will have to let them know so they will call the Immigrations. K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Process & Procedures	my man being deployed	i didn't get response from my fiance who is in iraq for his deployment. last time we talked was like 6th of february this year. i'm getting my packet 3 soon. i'm not sure if he can complete all the forms needed for me to bring for my interview like DS-156, DS-156K, DS-157, FS-257a, recent tax return and w-2 and notarized affidavit of support. last time we talked he said they were having problems with the electricity so he might not be able to check or reply to my emails, and his parents have told me that even snail mails may not be delivered to them because their convoy might have problems with the supply line. but i don't worry if he can't complete it, as long as he's safe and ok over where he is. seshi Edited by imaskin, 10 March 2007 - 11:59 PM. I'm big and I was wondering if that could be a troubbel at the medical examination. Could they refuse my K1 because of that? thanks for your help that's not really a problem whether you are big or small.
