Middle East and North Africa	Hello everyone, I'm new here.	Welcome Glory I would suggest that you check out the marraige requirements at the US Embassy Website in Algeria. My husband - who is Algerian - we got married in Tunisia back in 2004. I had checked on the US Embassy in Tunisia website and called them for their requirements for marriage - These were some of the items I had to bring with me - just to give you an idea - as every Countries requirements are different - 3 certified copies of my birth certificate - which could not be more than 1 month old which had to be translated as well as and Affidavit of Elligibility to Marry. In regards to questions 9 & 10 - 9. I have previously submitted affdavits of support for the following person(s) 10. I have submitted a visa petition(s) to US Citizenship and Immigration Services on behalf of the following person(s) Yes, I have submitted and Affidavit of Support and visa Petition for my husband back in 2004 - he arrived in US 2005- and is now a US Citizen. Is this still revelant to put on the form since my husband has completed the immigration process? As for Item 11 Is is okay to check _____ do not intent to make specific contributions to the support of the person. IR-1 / CR-1 Spouse Visa Process & Procedures	Once complete at NVC	Hi liquin: At the time we filed our petition in 2004, NVC scheduled the interviews for Albania, Canada, Turkey, UAE and the continent of Africa. (I'm not sure if it is still the same). Then NVC would forward a package of instructions to the US citizen in regards to medical and what documents to bring to the interview. If you weren't from the above countries, then the embassy that you were going thru would schedule your interview and send you the package containing the medical info, et .
